Regulates poo
HONEST REVIEW If you have regular bowel movements, this will not do anything for you. BUT if it’s taking you 2-3 days to poo then this will help you a lot. For the past few months I’ve had irregular movements, I’ll eat corn then see it 5 days later but now im pooin big ones DAILY. Not in a laxative way like it’s still solid but it’s coming out. This is a phenomenal product. Weight loss claims come from regulating bowel movements

Unfortunate Side effects
Although it took 2 weeks for me to get the product due to high demand, I finally received it. I had the blue raspberry flavor and it was definitely delicious. I started taking it the very next day and by day 3 I was extremely constipated. I immediately stopped drinking it and went through 3 days of misery before relief. I spoke with my gastro Dr. and was advised to stop taking it. Because I already suffered with bathroom issues, he told me that this made it worse and I can’t tolerate it. I gave it 4 stars because the taste was delicious. And although this product does seem to work for others, It unfortunately didn’t work for me and my existing gastro issues.

Tastes delicious!
Why didn’t I know there was flavored l-glutamine!!???? This is delicious and I was so over taking the unflavored one because I believed it had one and it was like a sour or bitter taste and I couldn’t wait to finish it. But this one is it, I take it in the morning and it is delicious!

Tiktok made me buy it!
So like most I bought this item after seeing so many reviews on tiktok...and I must say it does what it's supposed to do. I took it religiously every morning on an empty stomach and 3days later the bloat in my belly was gone. I did not feel as hungry as I normally do at 11 am so it did suppress my hunger. Let's see what it does when I incorporate a workout routine. It is very sweet so I don't necessarily enjoy the taste.

I didn’t see much of result from this but it did taste pretty good. Unfortunately, it caused headaches for me.
