My wife used the machine for just over a year maybe once or twice a month it just stoped working doesn’t come on or anything please help?

This electric nail file is easy to use and came with many and various tips. I used it till the battery ran out and then realized I hadn't received the recharging cord for it. I contacted the company and they were on it and stuck with me until I received a cord and charged it up. Elan was a great deal of help as my customer service rep.

Hi, I bought this product 2 years ago. I had some issues with the battery not charging at first but KARITE Service contacted me and sent a replacement which I’m very happy about. I've been doing my own dip nails for a few years now and the biggest struggle is definitely removing the old set. I had a cheap nail drill that was decent but the motor was very loud and it didn't feel especially powerful. Now that I've started doing my high school daughter's nails too, I wanted to upgrade. I looked at several options and even contemplated a pro nail drill from the company I buy my supplies from. Then I saw this nail drill recommended. The price was much better than the pro drill and the reviews were good, so I decided to take a chance.I am so glad I did! I love that I don't have to be attached to an outlet while using the drill. It's much quieter than my old drill and has so many varying speeds. The motor is very powerful and I love that the actual drill part is weighted just enough, making it really comfortable to hold. It came with a wide arrangement of drill bits... some of which I've never tried before so I'm excited to learn how to use them. I just used the drill to remove an old set for my daughter and it went so quickly. Makes me wish I hadn't waited so long to upgrade.

This was a perfect purchase the first few times I used it. Easy to use, LOTS of attachments, loved that it was rechargeable and portable...seriously, zero complaints, even recommended it to a family member. Then, the last time I went to use it, wouldn't turn on. Charged it for hours, still nothing. $75 dollars for something I got to use a handful of times.Edit: the seller reached out and did reimburse the cost of the unit. Much appreciated. I loved the product, and even if it took awhile, knowing they did take action to fix the problem, comfortable buying from them again.
