This provides great total lumbar support (it's really wide), and the double straps let you make it tight where you need it most to help relieve strain. It is well made and a great bargain for the price. It will pop loose if you have it too tight and sit down. Other than that , it's made a noticeable improvement in my back health!

This belt comes in sizes small (22-28" waist) up to 6XL. It's 9" wide. My back has been broken in 3 places, so I often wear a back brace/belt. This is my LIGHTEST belt. It's fine. I have it in 2 sizes. ( My HEAVY weight belt was prescribed to fit my back about 20 years ago & cost over $300 in the 1990s.) Unless you're dealing with a very serious back problem, this brand belt should met your needs.

I use this on top of the Mueller Adjustable Lumbar Back Brace which I use at night to prevent any movement in sleeping due to a lunar disc fracture. If you need light support this is fine on its own but due to my injury I need more support so purchased this in a larger size to be double worn with the product below. I like that this keeps my low back warm but not to the point of sweating. It gets a bit uncomfortable sitting with it at the desk all day, but but is helpful when I have to do a lot of standing. I got it because I have disk degeneration from arthritis and too much curve in my back. It has been great for the support while still allowing for bending/moving. When I have it directly against my skin it stays in place nicely, I tried to put it over my pants at first because I didn't think it would fit under them, but it does.

Not conceal able but will help remind you to walk , sit and lift correctly.PS .When you sit down the velcro burps and the looks and nose crunches are priceless!Wear an under armour over it and sit carfully: unless you have a good sense of humor?

I received this brace yesterday after a 3 week wait. The brace seems to be fine but I do not have much time with it, just one 12 hour shift at work. My problem is with the shipping...the item ships from China and be prepared to wait several weeks to receive it. I realized it was produced out of the US, but I expected the company to have a warehouse or shipping point in the US. The brace itself fit well and it is as described. I work 12 hour shifts at a prison and walk on concrete so I hope it will help with chronic back pain.

It fit correctly for the size described, but the last outer strap will not stay velcroed so I have to use safety pins /:. It is supportive with just just inner straps so I suppose it would work even without that last strap, but very frustrating with the design flaw.
