I recently purchased this AC from LG, and I must say, it has exceeded my expectations. From the moment I turned it on, I could feel the difference in the room's temperature within minutes. The cooling is efficient, even in the scorching summer heat.The design is sleek and modern, blending seamlessly with my home decor. The remote control is intuitive, allowing me to adjust settings with ease. The energy-saving features are a plus, helping me keep my electricity bills in check.One standout feature is the low noise level. Once I was a fan of Hitachi AC, but after their buggy products moved to LG due to the energy-efficient and competent price when compared to similar products.No issues with respect to LG products and their service all 5 stars.I’m living in Chennai and I usually buy AC’s from RathaFan house, it is always the best because the installation charges are a free and better price too, but due to Covid first time, I ordered at Amazon. + exchange value for my OLD AC + Instant Cashback looks attractive with amazon as well. All is perfect so far!Final Price for my 1 ton 5 star is 32K,Please find the installation charges from the LG Care Person.Installation charges : Rs. 1416. ->> this is from LGFixing Ac Stand charge : Rs. 250 – This is really looking ugly and the service person saying its additional change apart from installation.Copper pipe welding charges: Rs. 450Total Installation Charges : 2124:I bought an outdoor unit stand near buy hardware shop for Rs. 350 ( but the service person told me its 850+taxes if we buy from him)2 Meter copper pipe extra + Insulation pipe = Rs. 690 ( but the service person told 1200 + taxes per meter )Total Cost is 32,100 + 2124 + 1040 = 35264Pathetic Delivery Mistake by Amazon:I ordered this AC on 24th , but there was a prompt delivery on 25th morning – excellent – but the issue was the indoor unit was a different model and while installing the LG care person asked me to return and get back the right model which I ordered  - This is where the problem started.I called the amazon customer care and placed a replacement order. But the Customer care person created one cancellation order and another one for replacement order. They promised to deliver the replacement order by 27th. But nothing was updated on the order. Again I called Customer care on 27th and requested again for the replacement . they found that my order was auto cancelled (Lie) and they said it was a software problem.Again they placed a replacement order for 1st March , but it was not delivered. Again called the customer care and the person told me a shocking information that my order was not able to process and please take the refund.They already took my old AC for exchange , I don’t know how to deal with it. So after a hour I called once gain the customer care and this time one person really understood the problem and he ask apology for all the things happened and he escalated to next level and I got the AC delivered on 2nd March.So finally summary is – For any large appliance please buy from good local store rather than online.Other accessories like outdoor stand and copper pipes get it from local store. The services persons will loot our money if you are not aware of the actual price for the other parts.Finally, I felt AMAZON such a big guy is not able to handle the large appliances or their quality of services are becoming worsen nowadays. AMAZON please check my order and take appropriate steps to fix your internal software and quality issues 

Very good and useful features. The AC is really energy efficient and silent in operation. The delivery was made by Amazon as per schedule and the installation process was also prompt from LG. I am using it for last 15 days. The only Con is that the cleaning process of the indoor unit will not be easy as you will have to open the front cover everytime with screw driver which is not user friendly. LG should remove this flaw. It is also surprising that LG is not providing the outlet drain pipe as mandatory accessory and the customer is required to pay for the same separately during installation. Can the AC function without the drain pipe, LG should answer this. Otherwise the product deserves 5 stars for the features.

The AC can operate at 1.10 ton. It can work at 80%, 60% and 40% efficiency. There is no AI there to auto control stuff. AI crap is just a gimmick or no one could tell us what it is and how to enable or is it auto enabled. At default settings also the AC cools fairly quickly. The self cleanable air filter is located at a unique location and you have to look at the top of the AC to pull it out and clean it. If you clean the air filter once in 15 to 30 days then your electricity bill will be lower and the life of the compressor will imcrease.Most of the Split ACs can swing the air up and down but this one can do it in up, down, left and right.I also took up the optional lg 3 year warranty, which you can take within the 1st month of installation, which covers nearly everything and starts after the completion of the 1st year. It does cost around 8300 but then all the servicing and maintenance is taken care of by lg and you get all the free services for the next 4 years and if the compressor or anything dies then LG takes care of it.Installation charges are separate and depends on where you are getting it fixed.LG demo guys have no clue what they are showcasing. Lg needs to train them better. I knew my product better than what they were telling me. Also do not forget to ask them how to clean the air filter. Use an old toothbrush to clean and then wash it with water but that may be an overkill. But this much also they were unable to tell me correctly.Hit like if this was helpful.
