Sturdy Crossbars manipulation to attach
We mounted the crossbars this morning, they are perfect fit for the Bronco pony. Easy to assemble but the mounting on the truck rack. Lining up the attachment screw to the clip assembly going into the rack was a little challenging but with some manipulation we completed the job. Again perfect fit, good looking and study.

Exactly what I wanted
These are exactly like the OEM Ford brand. At $136 versus Ford at $350 these are a bargain. They are well made and powder coated. Fit perfectly. There are notches under the rails and that is where they go. Easy to install except for inserting the screw in the top of all the mounts. The screws are a little too short so you have to work at it to get the mount seated and the screws lined up. Be patient and work at it. You cannot. go wrong with these.

Great Look!
The product is solid when installed and provides a more final look. Took about 2 1/2 hrs, which could have been reduced by 45 mins + if I had not tried to use a wrong screw to seat the first support bracket🤪.As previously noted the instructions aren’t very clear and came titled “ For 2020-21 Ford Bronco Sport”. Mine is a 2024 Outer Banks! Not to be deterred, I plodded ahead!Start with one bracket support. They are clearly marked “forward” and on each of the four interior boxes is a L or R for the correct side.Remove the screw holding the inside portion of the bracket and keep it nearby. Find the slot on the undercarriage portion of the rail and insert this inner portion of the bracket. Slide the top/outer portion on the inner portion, keeping this slotted piece stable with a finger/hand under the rail. With some wiggling you can put the screw you removed back into the bracket and loosely tighten. Finish tightening when you complete the opposite side.Take whichever rail you are installing first and remove the two screws on the bottom of the side you are working on. Seat the rail into the bracket and reinstall the two screws.Go to the opposite side of your BS to install the corresponding bracket for the rail you just inserted. Remove the screw holding the two pieces of bracket together. Insert the rail into the bracket and seat as on opposite side.Insert two screws on bottom of the rail and tighten. Return to the other side and tighten the two screws on the bottom of rail.Repeat for second rail assembly and Voila you new snazzy carrier is installed. I hope this helps!

Good fit, easy install. Confused on weight limit
Fit great. Sturdy construction. Easy install.2025 Ford Bronco Sport (OuterBanks)There is a discrepancy between the product description and the instruction materials on the weight load limit. Product description says these are rated for over 250 pounds. The paperwork that comes with it says 165 pounds.I’m going to keep them because they feel super solid and I’m confident they will hold my cargo box safe safely

Fit perfectly, a bit hard to attach
The main problem, after figuring out there were small underside slots (spring loaded or similar), 2 on each side rail of my Bronco Sport Badlands that the cross bar clamps had to fit into, was the fact that the tightening clamp screws were too short to easily find their threaded hole while simultaneously trying to squeeze the clamp into the slot. It took hand strength to squeeze and good eyesight to find that hole, then get the screw threaded. The solution to my problem: the 4 threaded rail clamp screws (one in each crossbar) need to be at least a half inch longer. Other than that, this is a VERY NICE, highly usable all-metal set of crossbars that produce virtually no wind noise. Recommended!

Pretty easy!
Well, I love it. Took me about an hour to do by myself. I tried only reading half of the instructions, when that didn’t work I watched the installation video. Once I did that, it was fairly easy. It looks great! Seems sturdy, we shall see once we get on the road. Honestly I think it’s a great value.

Fit great on my 2023 Outer Banks
I will say, I struggled a minute with the instructions, but I have a short attention span so there’s that. I went to YouTube (University lol) and watched a short video. I’m a 58yo woman so I’m not as mechanical as some folks that work on their cars a lot, however I did it! Took a ladder and a bit of patience. I did have issues getting 2 of the 4 bolts to line up and get it tight enough to start the thread, but once I did I was good (except I kept dropping that stupid little Allen recent l wrench and had to get down of the ladder and find it! LOL) they fit great and now I can get my kayak holder up there and head to the water!
