It is a good product. It saves water and time.Now checking tank levels is very easy and installation also quite simple. Value for money product

The media could not be loaded.  Good concept but to my bad luck does not work as advertised.Main purpose for purchase was to prevent water wastage by overflow. The return policy is a joke. I need to take all the trouble to send the device back at my own cost for a defective product.First to mention Pro's-1. Light weight2. Easy to install3. Works on battery4. Need only a single pair transmission wire.Now the issues i face..1. upon water level reaching full tank, Green indicator does not glow. Instead Red light blinks with alarm.2. At this stage(water tank full) , short touch shows all 3 colours. Blue, yellow, red.3. The audio alarm sound is low and cannot be heard beyond 2 rooms. So we need to stand near the device to monitor it while water pump is in operation.4. When water level is reaching green sensor, The audio alarm is triggered but it just beeps for 45 seconds and goes to sleep. So when tank gets full and if no one is near the device the water will overflow but the device happily sleeps after the first 45 seconds beep.Otherwise the level indicator Yellow and blue indicator works.Anyways the purpose for what I bought is defeatedm. Pity that item is fullfilled by Amazon by does not take any responsibility for return. The return Policy sucks so what's the point.Update - 16 Jan 2024Full Tank sensor works irregularly. The alarm starts after tank over flows .What a waste of money.Please do not buy this product. This is total scam.

I used this product for the first time and found working satisfactory and easy to install. I hope this product will not disappoint me for the quality in the future also.Overall a good product

The circuit in waterproof box does not appear waterproof. I sealed it with insulating tape. The water level contact leads and weight should have be heavier so that the wires which are a little thin can properly uncoil and stretch straight in the tank. Since they are coiled they have to be straightened out which is a hassle. The product functions very well as mentioned and instructions are clear.

One of the greatest invention . This product works great for those who are always worried of the water level and have to go upstairs to check.Very easy to install just measure you tank height and do some calculations for the level you want . Make sure when placing sensor in the tank , the surface should be clean and dry, justvuse some alcohol to wipe it off .. the tape is super strong and stick for easily for years .Product gives buzzer when water is at low point and for overflow alsoSince i installed this device i never went upstairs to check the level and the tank never got empty

Water alarm somehow worked for 2 months. In the starting month only the green light had issue. It would fail to trigger the alarm when full. But now it's completely stopped working. It randomly shows any colour. Sometimes it shows empty when then tank is full and vice versa. Even the alarm get triggered randomly.The only positive aspect this product had was it's ease to install otherwise it's just a wastage of money. Product itselt isn't durable.

Within 4 months, an indicator for full and empty alarms stopped working.After connecting to the Service centre and also messaging on WhatsApp for the same no one responded. So, request you to look into the matter. After all, it may impact Amazon's credibility.

I’m using for more than 6 months. Very useful to protect unnecessary water wastage(Only level indication and alarm for High & Low level). Works nicely.
