I have read many books on physical fitness but this one is best. Very much concise and practical ways to follow to the beginner like me.

Crisp and to the point
Nowadays every book I read, I feel an abundance of repetition of ideas. This book was a welcome change. It gives the reader just what they want and stops when the author has nothing more to share. A routine for a lifetime which does not require a gym or any elaborate arrangement of equipment. It is really the simplest six.

The big thing in a small package
Yes it really is...the big thing in a small packageConsistency wins over intensity is the gist of the program.Great if u are looking to fit workout in busy n hectic lifestyle.

Brilliant and to the point
Extremely easy read and doable too a plan you can stick to for the long run and has room to what works for you

Realistic and achievable
Seems simple and it is, but it’s not easy if you do it correctly and honestly. I love it, have lost 14lbs in 3 months and am improving every week in health, strength and fitness. Thanks so much, I’m a convert and now so is my wife.

Simple
Very simple but effective way no train without burnout. I did it during the lock down and results were amazing.

Deceptively simple!
(I read this book via Kindle Unlimited)It's a simple, effective workout that is pretty easy to follow and works very well. They are pretty short too. You can make it longer with more rest time or do it at your own pace.You can do as much as you want or even add a few reps oe increase the weight to make it more challenging.I would make one small change for me, personally: there isn't much hamstring work. You do 10 kettlebell swings every workout then 50 on the kettlebell swings day but there is no direct hamstring exercise. You do 10 squats every day and 50 on squat day. I would swap some of the squats for leg curls. Put your legs on an exercise/yoga ball and curl those hamstrings! Or, simple bridges on the floor work great, too.Add in a few sets a week and you'll have a full body workout to keep you in shape.

los hay mejores
Entrenamiento muy básico y completo. Pero echo en falta muchas cosas. Es muy buen libro para gente que esté empezando y quiera aprender.

Einfach umzusetzen
Das Buch Ist kurz und nie langweilig. Es bringt eine Blaupause für ein bewegteres und stärkeres Leben. 6 Übungen sollen es sein. In einem einfachen Schema verbunden. Den Ansatz finde ich richtig gut. Mal Abseits der altbekannten 3 Sätze à 8-12 Wdh.Mein einziger Kritikpunkt ist die Beschreibung der Übungen. Da hätte mehr im Paket sein können. Aber gerade für die Kettlebellübungen gibt es massig Tutorials bei Youtube. In sofern ziehe ich dafür keinen Stern ab.
