Q: has anyone had trouble with the base of the pen not staying tight?? always wants to fall off...loved the pen otherwise but am hesitant to re- purchase

Love the pen. No problems, just been using it too much, ran out of ink for black and blue. Anybody know what exactly is the refill needed?
