I have a timeshare in Virginia that keeps things top notch. When I saw this pan being used there, I purchased a dozen about a year ago - one for our house and one each for 11 rental condos that I own. Non stick pans are typically in bad shape after a season in the rental condos and need replacement. These pans showed very little evidence of degrading so we will get another season - maybe more. The one we have at home gets more use than any other pan and is our go to except if we are cooking something that requires a large pan with tall lips. I definitely would purchase again if any of the pans need to be replaced.

This is a beautiful pan. However, after the first use the cooking surface was visibly scratched, despite having used a nylon utensil. It didn't go all the way through, but it was quite visible. I'm not confident this pan will last long.I will say that I made pancakes that cooked evenly, didn't stick, and cleanup was easy.UPDATE 18 MONTHS LATER:The pan has many visible scratches, but none that go to the bottom of the pan. It still heats evenly, and the nonstick is holding up. No fading of the red paint, but I always hand wash it. Changed from 3 to 4 stars. I anticipate having this pan for many years!

WOW!...all advertisements for this product are for REAL!...paper towel clean up andperfect heat distribution make this griddle a big hit...light weight and strong wellmade handle is a big plus for seniors...needs virtually no smear of oil (or none) forthose cutting down on fats...a pleasure to use....elfed

Muy buena clase, resistente y de buen tamaño. Este tipo de comal, plancha, sartén es mucho mejor qué todos los que había comprado anteriormente. Lo recomiendo para calentar tortillas, preparar quesadillas o pancakes.
