Great looking light with excellent customer services
The light arrived very well packaged in a secure box.Easy to fit and works well.Unfortunately I had a small issue which customer services sorted quickly.I actually brought another.Great looking light. I would recommend this light.

cant hook up with alexa
Very nice light fitting, easy install, if you have a smart home, IE smart switches you'll have to convert back to normal light switch. Remote works fine, but could have done with being WiFi enabled.

Great product
The RC is a bit dumb, but I don't use it much - just to change the warmth. The lamp is great and beautiful and sits perfectly in a home office

Remote is very very cheap
Units itself is OK, but cheap quality. The remote on the other hand is very very cheap and feels like it could break at any moment ... battery compartment cover is very thin and you have to be careful not to break the little plastic clip. The remote also has quite a few buttons that have nothing to do with the light unit and serve no purpose whatsoever.

The white bit is not straight
It looks very cheap and the lines are not perfectly straight. The picture might not show it.... it's too pricey for what it is....
