I have been using this for over 2 months now...I love the way it acts as a floss and very gentel with your teeth and gums...However post charging the product it stopped working and I had to reach out and they replaced the product for free. The new one os fine so far...

I purchased the Agaro Electric Dental Floss from Amazon on January 18, hoping for a reliable and effective product. Initially, it worked fine for about four months, which gave me some hope about its quality. However, my experience quickly turned sour when I encountered an issue with the nozzle.The nozzle became extremely tight, making it impossible for me to change it. Given that the product comes with a one-year warranty, I expected a straightforward resolution. Unfortunately, my experience with Agaro's customer service was nothing short of a nightmare.I raised a service request, hoping for a professional and timely solution. To my disbelief, they closed my request with a dismissive suggestion to get it fixed by a nearby electrician. This response is unacceptable and unprofessional. A company that values its customers should stand by its warranty and provide proper service, not pass the responsibility to someone else.The lack of support and disregard for their own warranty policy left me frustrated and feeling cheated. This experience has made it clear that Agaro does not care about its customers or the quality of its products.I strongly advise against purchasing any Agaro products. Their service is appalling, and you risk wasting your hard-earned money on a product that they won't support when it inevitably fails. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for a reliable brand that values its customers and stands by its products.
