A friend gave me a package of Formaticum Cheese Paper because she loved it so much she thought I'd love it too! If you want to keep cheese fresher long and wrap it completely in a nice package that comes with a label to identify it, you've found the right product. You can even cut the paper in half for smaller pieces of cheese. There are 15 11"x14" sheets with adhesive labels (my package came with 24 adhesive labels). Nice hostess gift for a wine party or other. Thinking toward Christmas, this would be a great stocking stuffer gift!
