Great pillow for arm suporr
So far a great item! Bought 2 pillows since I needed inserts for my ikea pillow covers- perfect fit! The pillow is fluffy and firm but not too firm to make your neck not feel rested.There’s no foul odor when you open it and it’s kept full support on my arm when I need to rest it on a tiny pillow. I highly recommend it! Arrived clean and packaged well.

Finally Found the Perfect Pillow Insert!
The Pillowflex Premium 28x28 is absolutely worth the investment. What makes it stand out is its ideal density - substantial enough to hold shape but not overstuffed. The premium polyester fill stays evenly distributed and reaches every corner, unlike cheaper inserts that get lumpy or flatten quickly. Construction quality is excellent. Good pillow but sizing recommendations?
The pillow is a good pillow. I do question the suggestion of buying oversized pillows to fit the sham you have. I bought PB throw pillowcases (26x26) and bought the 28x28 pillow inserts. The pillow insert wants to pop out of the pillowcase. Clearly, the pillow insert is way too large for the pillowcase. I noticed on PB website that they recommend the same size.

Using for a pillow sham insert.
These pillow inserts were what I was looking for. Wanted one that would fill king shams fully. By description these were it and made in USA.The inserts fill the pillow shams like I wanted. Unfortunately, each king size pillow was put into a small box. The pillow was folded in half and stuffed into the box. The folded crease shows under the sham and one is more full than the other which also shows.
