Is there a good way to get it not to lean? I don’t have other rails close to the one it’s hung on so it’s leaning back into my bed.

Can this be used on a table instead using it to hang caddy?

The caddy has to have something for the velcro straps to hold onto. It will not stand up by itself well, like a desk organizer.

Does it hold a laptop??

It could. As long as the laptop isn’t wider than about 14.5 inches or so and also not too heavy. It’s pretty sturdy though.
