No-no to high concentrated heat
Will not work under a broiler, flame torch, microwave, or toaster oven. But baking in a water bath seems to be fine.

Great disposable creme brulee cups
Great disposable creme brulee cups. Perfect serving size. I often make large batches and then freeze them for later use. These have been nice as I don't have my larger ramekins out of commission in the freezer. I have tried caramelizing the sugar under a broiler in these, I don't suggest it as they are plastic and will melt at too high a temperature. Definitely use the culinary torch for that part.
