So much better than volume 1!
I LOVED this volume. For volume one, I really wanted to like it. I wanted to love this series about a canon ace characters whos alnost practically canon aroace. I didn't really. It was too wacky with this fantasy subplots. But this volume was more grounded while still being silly and I loved that. I loved the issues and struggles jughead faces as not not romantically inclined and an asexual teenager. I love his amd Archie's friendship. I love how his dream relationship is a walking burger. This volume just has so much heart. I have read volume 3 too and it's just as good. If you're doubting thos series based on volume 1 please read this volume!

even more fun
I truly loved Archie Comics' "New Riverdale" experiment. This book captures the final stories written by the indomitable Chip Zdarsky, and loses no steam moving into a run of stories written by the also-indomitable Ryan North. (For more Chip see Howard The Duck, Spider-Man, Invaders, and Daredevil; for more Ryan see The Unbeatable Squirrel Girl.) All that plus artwork from the also-also-indomitable Derek Charm? Whaaat?! As an extra bonus - at no extra charge! - witness the guest appearance of Sabrina (The Teenage Witch) Spellman. This is almost too much fun for one book.

I liked this even better than volume 1
I liked this even better than volume 1! This volume is willing to make Jughead's sexuality a bigger theme and new characters are introduced. The jokes are funny, the art lively, and this is a great comic for all ages.

Amazing!
I bought it used and it's in excellent condition, I could barley tell it had a previous owner! I would definitely recommend this book, it's cute, hilarious, and has great representation!

A Perfect Modern Adaptation
Sabrina and Jughead are my two most favorite Archie Comics characters (and Veronica) and reading their interactions is absolutely amusing. This comic book series is exactly what Riverdale should have been.

Now This Is More Like It!
I did not care for the first collection of the new Jughead adventures at all - bad art, lame writing and stupid fantasy sequences. Fortunately, things got better: Derek Charm took over as artist and what was once a dark, poorly rendered comic is now bright and cartoony (but not too cartoony) and writer Chip Zdarsky's final two issues jettisoned the fantasy sequences and the inane plotlines like the replacement CIA recruiter principal and teachers at Riverdale High, adding instead a decent two-parter where Archie and Jughead head off camping.Once new writer Ryan North shows up the stories get even better as Jughead begins dating Sabrina the Teenage Witch in a funny and touching story. Looking forward to more quality comics with volume three.Great turnaround of a comic, Archie Comics!

this is really good, for young and teen audiences
I have been a fan of Archie for so many years. And the first one of Jughead left me asking for more, but, for some reason this one didn't make it for me. Suddenly, I realized that the brand is taking a new approach more juvenile and too much teen for my taste. Don't get me wrong, this is really good, for young and teen audiences, but not for me, old school Archie world fan.
