It was exactly what I expected. The heating takes a little while, but that's why you heat the bottle of sake itself. This keeps it the right temperature. Got this delivered to my family right before visiting and they were able to set it up for me before I got there.

They arrived quickly and well packaged. Nice set although a little smaller than I had expected. Cups big enough for one shot of sake only. If you want to keep filling the jug and cups it is perfectly fine or if you are just drinking a little at a time.
