Ascent 100% Whey Protein Powder, Unflavored 2 lb, Daily Protein

I love the clean taste of this unflavored protein powder! It is not overly sweet and blends well in my morning smoothy. Ascent is hands down my new go to whey protein powder.

Love this powder. You can throw it in any smoothie or coffee. It doesn’t have a weird taste in fact you can’t taste it because it blends really well with what you add it to and doesn’t clump. I even add it to foods like pancakes.

This is the only protein powder that I found easy to dissolve in water. It doesn’t have weird taste (I bought unflavored). Will definitely buy again!

The unflavoured powder is really good. You mix it in milk and you can barely taste it. It also doesn't feel weird afterwards in the stomach like other brands like Optimum nutrition made me feel. I've also mixed it with PB2, Greek yogurt, some 0 cal sweetener, and it tastes amazing.

No sweetener, no taste, dissolves easily enough in cold brew and milk, lots of protein for the calories to help me reach my macro goals; no idea how this price compares to in-store prices, but I've not found this locally (though Costco sometimes has the vanilla flavor w/sweetener - never tried it)

I was looking for a clean protein powder with few additives and extra ingredients. I originally saw this product at Costco, but the versions available in store were all flavored and sweetened with Stevia. Although the price was higher than Costco, I decided to try it because the unflavored option was more important than price. I appreciate that it was actually unflavored with no sweetness at all. Its very versatile and works well in shakes, smoothies and even mixed with water although water is my least favorite. The flavor is mild and dissolves well in cold water, but it still gives an Alka-Seltzer/baking soda vibe. I saw other reviews that said it mixes well with all liquids, and that was not my experience. I added it to mushroom coffee and it didn't dissolve but rather turned into a waxy, plastic-like texture so I don't recommend mixing with hot. In general, it is an easy way to increase daily protein without adding weird flavors. I would definitely buy again, but would likely do so via Costco online to avail myself of the better price,

The powder blends very well with coffee and protein shakes. I like the unflavored powder to use in cooking.
