I’ve been taking this as part of my daily vitamin routine and have really liked it so far. It’s easy to take, doesn’t upset my stomach, and I’ve noticed it helps support my energy levels throughout the day. I also appreciate that it includes the active forms of several B vitamins, especially B12. It feels like a quality supplement and has become one of my regular daily essentials. Fair warning though — if you’re new to B vitamins, don’t panic when your pee turns neon yellow and smells strongly like vitamins LOL. Apparently that’s normal, but nobody warned me the first time 😂 Overall, definitely happy with this purchase!

This is a great deal with all the B vitamins in one capsule, I feel the difference when taking these supplements it’s very effective, there’s no odor and it’s just one capsule a day as the dosage and a great deal. I highly recommend!

I take these all the time. I do like them.only thing I thought it had too much B6. Price is up there I will wait for a coupon .
