UPDATE: After the mishap with the clipper head yesterday, the seller contacted me immediately and apologized for the problem I had with the clipper. She is sending me a new clipper head today, which I appreciate very much. Hopefully the other one was just defective. When a seller gives this kind of prompt customer service and concern for the customer's satisfaction, I think we should applaud that. I'll update this again when I receive the new clipper head.I was so excited to receive these clippers in the mail today. I had sent my furbabies to be bathed so I could pick them up and come right home to begin this clipping adventure. The packaging is adequate for the items, with a slot for each part. The clippers were already charged and ready to go. I turned the clippers on and they are truly whisper quiet. I wanted to make sure that I could remove the clipper head to clean it, and that was no problem, BUT, WAIT!!!! Putting the clipper head back on ever so gently proved to be a problem. A HUGE PROBLEM.Working very carefully, I gently tried each time to reverse what I had done to push the head up. That was no problem. On the third try, everything came up in my face----a spring, a metal prong, and two blue plastic pieces. NOW I CANT USE THE CLIPPERS. Did anyone else experience this? I believe the clippers are really what I want to have, but how????? I really wanted to love these quiet clippers.

Attachments difficult and not enough for range of cutting options

I used this clipper for about 10 minutes and It quit working. Amazon was very good about return and a few days later the company contacted me regarding the clipper. They were very quick to send me a new clipper for me to test. I was really impressed with this since many companies today really do not give two shakes about the customers anymore. I received the new clipper and it works perfectly! Super quiet with very low vibration. Pups were not afraid of it at all. So thankful to Anna in customer service for reaching out to a once dissatisfied customer! Very happy with the product and company! My girls are happy to!

I bought these and used them one time to groom my 2 small dogs. I absolutely loved them. Fast and quiet, and arrived charged up. After the Grooming session I cleaned the clippers with the instructions laying in front of me. Cleaned and oiled all parts an when I went to put bk together i heard a crack and a plast part on the blade broke off. First and most importantly the instructions were horrible, secondly, why would a manufacturer put a plastic part in a spot that's going to be used often . I shipped them back to Amazon, have not heard any response, although I'm sure they wl refund my money. These are wonderful but I need a pair that has better instructions and hold up better. Maybe it was just a defective part. I don't know.

I have used these two times on my long hair Jack Russell had a horrible time. After a few minutes of use it is like the blades heat up or something but they do not cut well at all. I bought a more expensive clipper to avoid this. I realize he has a thick coat buy no thicker than most. My dog is not good with the groomer so I will search for a clipper that works for me. Disappointed ☹️

These clippers came already charged which allowed me to test them out straight away. I bought these because I have three long haired persian cats. One hates to clean himself, one some times cleans himself, and one always cleans herself. The one that hates to clean himself hates to get shaved but it is the only way to keep him clean and mat free because he also hates to be brushed. These clippers are the BEST I have used. They are pretty quiet compaired to my others. I also love the fact that they are cordless or can be connected to the cord and used. I thought becuase they were cordless they would not have the power needed to clip through mats... that definitely is not the case. It cuts through them like butter. I was a little skeptical about the affectiveness due to other reviews but I have come to the conclusion that they either recieved a defective product or are completely incompetent. They aren't magic though cause my cat still hates to be shaved but I can do it in half the time with these clippers. One of the better buys I have made as of late.

I love the cordless clippers - they are quite and as most people explained they were good in the beginning, I have had them for some time now and have shaved my dog only 3-4 times the last couple of times the hair doesn’t want to cut. I have also noticed it does get stuck in the sizing blades so I can’t ever use the sizing blades and have to use just the metal blade on the razor. Which does not last long. I have only found 1 other way to order replacements for this and so far not a good experience with that company (still waiting 4 weeks later to receive the replacement!
