Good product but it was packed in flat paper envelope so the product box got opened and flattened. This product should have been packaged in a box , not an envelope.

If your Moka express stops brewing, maybe you need a new funnel basket
I was not getting enough pressure to force the water up the funnel and through the grounds. I realized that the old funnel had misshaped edges and warps (see Picture). This new funnel basket fixed the problem. Delivery was faster than expected too. Ahh.
