Evolve 75 Stereo Ms Including Link 370,in-ear,Wireless,Black

Mic arm is broken. I requested for paid service to replace the mic arm but jabra not providing repair service they said it's not reprable. It's a simple moving part and can be easily replaceable with new mic spare but still they don't want to do it l. Now I have to buy new device no other option. So think before buying any products from Jabra. They don't do service minor damages as well.

Mic stopped working after 2 years. When contacted support, they said, product is out of warranty so no replacement. Now, sitting with dead instrument. Waste of money. Google it and you will find several users reporting same issue.

Update- Reducing stars to 2. Like many people reported on internet and reviews, due to design flaw mic stopped working after 2 years. Jabra doesn’t provide any support after 2 years so it’s not worth buying such an expensive headset for 2 years life. Consider this before buying. If you still prefer to buy this. Use button to mute. Don’t use boom mic arm to mute. ************************** I have been using this for over two years. Great product in terms of sound quality and ergonomics (used over 6-8 hours per day) but one day mic stopped working and that’s end of it! Expected better life from premium product. Pros The sound quality is good. Connectivity is good Connects to 2 devices - phone and laptop Can be used with wire if battery is low for bluetooth CONS BATTERY BACKUP- EXTREMELY BAD - It says it gives 14 hours which is also pathetic for that pricing, the actual battery duration is around 9 hours of usage. Even a 2000 rs headset gives more backup.

Very Poor reliability even under warranty, even though this was replaced ANC keeps fluctuating. Mic does not operate efficiently. Audience always complain about not able to hear properly I had used Jabra Evolve 75. That also had a Mic Malfunction , mechanical failure under warranty

I have tried a lot of headsets and this one turns out to be the best. The quality of speakers and microphone is just fantastic, with a solid build. Highly recommended.

O fone é ótimo, trabalho diariamente em calls e o fone funciona super bem. Se conecta a dois dispositivos por Bluetooth e um terceiro por cabo. Você pode atender as chamadas diretamente pelo fone, colocar em mudo e alternar chamadas. Arco e almofadas são muito confortáveis e a qualidade do som é muito boa. This is a great headset. What I love: - The wireless range with the Link 370 adapter is quite impressive. I'm able to walk to all corners of my house and still maintain clear audio. With regular Bluetooth, it will cut out after passing a wall... so the adapter is great. - Audio over the USB cable! Yes, this is a wireless headset... but one of the best features in my mind is that you can use it as a wired headset too. Wireless is great up until you have unexpected interference of some kind. Should that come up, simply plug it in and you're good to go! My home office is free of interference, although I did experience some at a client site. Having the wired option in that scenario was a God-send! - Intuitive controls. I love pushing the Mic boom up to mute. It's a very easy physical reminder whether you've muted yourself on a conference call. With the Jabra Direct software you can also turn on a 'mute reminder' that will play a very gentle knocking sound ... so you won't be that person who talks for 30 seconds on a conference call while muted. :) - Battery life is as advertised. Long ~14hr+ battery life is living up to the claim. Each time you power it on you are reminded of the battery life remaining... so there's no guessing whether it is time to plug in. - Great carrying case. A fairly firm carrying case has been great for travel so far. It adds a bit of bulk, but will ensure you don't lose the Link 370 adapter and also protect the soft earpieces from anything in your bag. As for any negatives... the noise cancelling isn't the best. Granted, these are not *over* the ear headphones, my expectations here weren't 100% noise cancellation. In fact... that's a bonus for me, as I don't want complete seclusion from my surroundings. That being said the ANC button does make a marked difference.

We bought 1 pair to test them out. Then we bought another. And another. And another. These things are fantastic. We can have multiple people in the same room, each on a different call, and both our person and the person on the other end are isolated. It makes it possible to avoid needing conference rooms and phone booths. USB connection is always easy and solid. Bluetooth connection has had some problems not connecting, but that is uncommon. Once fully charged, the voice says "14 hours remaining" or "12 hours remaining." I've not actually tested it, but they certainly last for hours. Comfortable for several hours. I wouldn't want to wear them all day. Mic placement is important, since the noise cancellation is so good. Test it out with someone and you'll know where it can be to work perfectly. Good ease of use. Nice solid and protective carrying case.
