Great value rug!
Wasn't sure what to expect with the mixed reviews, but I'm delighted with my rug. Bargain for what I paid! Nice, thick short pile which is what i needed. And yes there are a couple of 'bumps', but confident they will go away in a week or so of wear. Is a little lighter that photo, and some taupe flecks in there but goes exactly with my flooring so I'm happy

Price reflects the quality, but fairly decent quality.
Edit***Had this rug 2 years now and still in same condition. Has had a lot of footfall on it but has managed to keep it's shape and colour. Definitely recommendPrice certainly reflects the quality of the product, as it's fairly thin/lightweight and will need some grippers to stop it constantly sliding, but overall it's not a bad product.Colour is as pictured and feels quite soft underfoot even though it's not a deep pile. My daughter seems to of approved of the softness as she rubbed it and then lay down on it.Only delivered today so still needs to uncrease and be hoovered. Unsure how it'll stand up to the test of time with a toddler and cat in the house and in a high traffic area.Overall I'm satisfied with what I've received

Looks great
Good quality rug for the price. Size is pretty much accurate, the pile is soft but not overly thick and fluffy , which is what I wanted . Has settled within a couple of days , vacuums well and looks great. In my opinion , definitely a good buy.

Quality and good design (true to picture)
Well made good design rugs. Iv alway gone with the rugs , there rugs are very solid , they come rolled and lie flat with no creases

Rug
This rug was delivered on 27th Feb, today is 11th March and it's still creased. They say it can take days or a week to flatten out, it's been 13 days now and I'm wondering will it ever flatten out ! So I'm not impressed.

Better than I'd hoped
Wasn't sure about ordering this online as I feared that without being able to feel its thickness in person that I'd be disappointed. Actually was pleasantly surprised with the quality. It's reasonable thick without being 'fluffy' - the pile is fairly dense and tight. Hopefully it should be hard wearing rather than getting squashed under foot.I does arrive very tightly wrapped and it took a few days to fully flatten out. You may be able to accelerate that if you actually follow their instructions ( I didn't - I just laid it out and vacuumed it a few times).
