This is gluten and cholesterol free plus full of rich in fibers , making them extremely beneficial to eat. It can be mixed with a variety of freshly cut fruits, milk, and even vegetables to create a wholesome meal that makes this grain appropriate for any time of the day. I will definitely purchase more in future.

My overall experience
It has been one month since i have ordered this product and i consume it at daily basis on the breakfast . It’s completely gluten free and fat free and also have an amazing test and Its really worth it to buy.

It’s worth it if you’re busy person and looking for healthy snack or breakfast option. You don’t need to cook anything just add glass of milk in bowel of museli and enjoy your breakfast 👍🏻🤤
