Fool Me Twice: A Hidden Norfolk Thriller (Book 10)

As with all the previous books in this series the author provides a gripping investigation. Great characters, solid teamwork, plenty of red herrings and gory murders. Just the right amount of personal detail and back story, so it doesn't distract from the investigation. Would benefit from as injection of dark humour. Recommended read

Haven’t read a JM Dalgliesh book for a while, and forgot how brilliant they are. The hidden norfolk series really catch the imagination, will certainly get back into reading more

Great book, good storyline and nice twist at the end. I just wish the author/ proof reader/ editor or SOMEONE would realise that the “s” at the end of focus is not doubled when adding a suffix! It drives me mad to see “focussed/ focussing” time after time!

This is the 10th book in this series. Been a few months since I read one. Return to.this series was like re-visiting old friends. Tom' and Alice, Tamara Cassie and Eric are a good team and little Saffy is delightful. As in the other books the perpetrator of the deed is a minor character who out of the blue turns out to be the murderer. A great read and a good catch up with old friends. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Gripping, exiting and hard to put down right from the start up to the end. This is the first book that I have read by this author and it certainly won't be the last.

To think such things happen. I found it very hard to put down and read the last 2 hours in o no e go.The eNding was so unexpected. BRILLIA

Like this author quite a lot - the characters are interesting, and the story pulls you in. I don't quite get the title but hey, that doesn't really matter does it. Very enjoyable read.

This book is a page turner. With a few twists thrown in for good measure. Still in all a very good read.
