superb pump, design and handling
I have used Lezyne pumps on my bikes for several years, and they work so very well when you have to take the wheel off not only to change the tire, but to have a better advantage for pumping up the tire. There is an enclosed flexible hose with ends that will fit either Presta or Shrader, and there is also a button pressure release for monitoring tire pressure, particularly effective for shrader valves. These pumps are well designed and not only very light in weight, but are effective in reaching high pressure numbers! You cannot go wrong!

This is a solid, dependable small pump!
I have had this pump for about five years and 4 months (bought Nov 2015) and I have been very happy with it. Riding about 6K miles/year I have repaired numerous (something like 40 or so) flats with it since purchase (I don't use CO2). This is a solid, dependable pump.As others have mentioned, it is possible that you might remove a loose valve core! This happened to me ONE time and without a valve core tool, I could NOT get the valve core to stay in the valve once it came out! Live and learn! Since that ONE time I've made very sure that the valve cores are tight on my bike, and whenever I replace a tube or a spare, I check the tightness of the valve core. And for good measure, I also carry a small valve core tool in my seat bag. Also, be sure to release the pressure in the hose before unscrewing the connector! This little pump will give you a bit of a workout getting your tires up to pressure, but that is the price that you pay for its compact size. Totally worth it to me. (Not a replacement for a floor pump!)Pros: Solid and well built. Flex hose - does not damage valve. Threaded connection* - stays on and no air leakage. The small size fits great in my back jersey pocket.Cons: Threaded connection* - can possibly remove a loose valve core. Takes a bit more effort than some larger pumps.Nice little pump!

Excellent Pump
It's something that I actually use for commuting as it's one of my emergency tools. Slim, yet capable of handling tyres or anything of the sort. It's an investment that will come back to eventually be something you're glad you did.

An emergency pump that really works
I am so glad I found this product.I used to make due with a far, far inferior emergency pump. It did "work," but just barely - I could inflate my patched up tubes enough to get back on the road, but it took forever and I could never get them to the recommended PSI.After enough frustrating experiences with the old pump, I decided to see what the new state of the art was. I was excited to see Lezyne's offerings, since I'd recently been very impressed with their pedal wrench. In use, the pump is highly effective. You don't need a ridiculous amount of strength to operate it. You *will* get a workout from all the reps you get pumping with this guy, but it's part of the tradeoff you have to make of max pressure versus max volume, and it's not that bad. I can reach the proper PSI on my road bike tires, something that wasn't even possible with my last pump. The pump I purchased is the "small" version, because based on the measurements it seemed like it would fit my emergency saddle bag. It does. A hair under 7.5" long and with a diameter of just under 1", it's like a slightly supersized cigar. A mounting bracket is included (which can sit beside your water bottle holder) but you may not even need it. The device is small enough to fit in a jersey pocket. How nice it is to handle something that's made out of metal. The pump feels like a quality product and it is.Probably the most clever bit of design is the reversible presta/shraeder tube, which stows away inside the body of the pump when not in use. You screw it onto the pump when you want to use it, giving you a lot more breathing room than you get with most pumps that are rigid and just stick right onto the valve. With the flexible tube I can move the pump around to the optimal position for pumping while it's attached to the wheel.I don't know how much it weighs, but the general answer is "not a whole lot." It's certainly lighter than my last pump.Bottom line? It's a really great product, a really clever design, and a reasonable price. Get it.

Great Pump
Liked ease of use, internal hose removes from inside tube for easy presto connection. Pump action is smooth and effective. Well made and durable.

Cheap, weak Mounting Bracket
The pump is fine, if not overpriced. The mounting bracket is of the cheapest and weakest plastic possible. They didn't even include any screws for the mounting bracket.Could someone at Lezyne have a word with the people in accounting. Let them know that pinching pennies and providing substandard accessories does not endear them to customers.

High quality and powerful hand pump.
Firs off I have owned this pump for about 3 years now. I will say I want to love this thing but, the hose that connects to the valve stem keeps pulling my valve stem cores out. Not an issue if you remember to pre-tighten them on your bike and all new tubes before you leave the house.Nothing is worse than pumping up a fresh tube and just when you think you are done, it pulls your valve stem core out and you have to start all over. I could be doing it wrong, it could just be an issue with the one I got, or it could be all the inner tubes I have came with loose valve stem cores. *Note: I am using the air purge valve before disconnecting; it doesn't make a difference. My solution is to pre-tighten all valve stem cores and be extra careful when removing the attachment from the valve stem.I bought this product because I wanted a high quality, light weight, and compact hand pump; which it is. But I spent extra on it because I wanted a product that would make my life easier... That said, I don't know if there is a better product out there that meets all the criteria and out performs this product.

Neat, well made and up to the job
Spent some time reading bike site reviews before selecting this pump for my new bike. I needed a small light weight pump which could also get up to the 110-120psi required by my tyres. This pump seemed to tick all the boxes in that respect. The pump seems well made and sturdy in the hand, it also looks really nice. It fits nicely into the hand and is comfortable to use, not that I have had to do that it in anger up to 100+psi yet! I like the flexible ABS hose which means you can grip and hold the pump body firmly and pump efficiently without worrying about stressing the valve stem. The hose is also reversible so can either fit a Presta valve or Schrader.Excellent value and quality pump.

A well designed and constructed bicycle pump
Having tried numerous pumps over the years, this is the best of its kind I've recently used. Sensible design that uses a flexible tube to connect pump to valve rather than the more common, and frequently problematic, 'push-on' type. Knocked a star off because it seems a bit pricey and the pump holder (which attaches to cycle) isn't well designed. The holder leaves the pump in a slightly vulnerable position, as it fits sideways offset from the frame tube. The holder also relies on a velcro strap to securely fix the pump to the holder and if it's not sufficiently tight, the pump begins to open out/extend itself whilst cycling.Comfortable to use, the pump reaches 90psi without undue effort but I imagine it would need a bit of heft to get much above 100psi. Lost count of the number of strokes taken to reach 90psi from a flat 700x35C tyre but this won't be your main pump and you can't expect a low volume pump to defy physics.

Pressure drive pump
I saw this pump selected in a survey of the best mini pumps and can see why it got such good reviews. It is very well designed and well made and well worth the money. Unlike many other mini pumps it uses a traditional hose between the pump and the tyre valve, thus reducing the pressure on the valve itself and risk of tearing it from the inner tube. The hose has a presta attachment one end and a schrader the other and even an air release valve, All in all it's a lovely bit of kit. It comes in two sizes small and medium and make sure you order the right one as some of the Amazon listings are not that clear and you might need to check the sizes listed against the manufacturer's own website. One retailer was advertising as a small but the sizes were for a medium, so I went elsewhere. As a back up pump and something that I hope not to have to use that often, I love it.

Wonderful piece of kit ! A passionate cyclists must have.
Fantastic quality pump, cant stress enough how well this thing is made ! Feels real solid in your hand, while still being nice and light. Comes with good quality mount and adapter for both kinds of tyre valve. All for £20, what more can you ask for ?

durable and look good on the bike
These are a bit pricier than other brands of bike pumps but they work well, are light, durable and look good on the bike.
