Does anyone know if you can delete the preloaded apps on it, for example, the browser/internet app?

You cannot delete anything. You can barely change anything. It's trash, through and through. READ THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS.

When placing a call do you have to input a password before you can dial a phone number? If so can the password be bypassed?

No, you don't have to input a password. Somewhere in setting your phone up it asks do you want to use a password. If you don't answer it positvely you you'll have no ptoblem. This mainly for parents who dont't want kids or friends using their phone.
