Delicious & Nutritious Allergy Friendly, Nut Free Snack That Supplies Essential Fatty Acids, Lots of Nutrients, Fiber & Protein
I'm a big fan of this Enjoy Life "Not Nuts" Mountain Mambo seed and fruit mix because it's a delicious, nutritious and convenient snack that even my son with nut, dairy and other allergies can enjoy. It's just the right balance of sweet and salty- not overdone as to either. Since discovering Mountain Mambo seed and fruit mix last month, we've already plowed through two boxes and are now on a third box! The whole family loves these to snack on, and I think the cost is reasonable (less than $1 a bag at this time). This mix has roasted pumpkin seeds and raw sunflower seeds that add important nutrients to our diet and are a great way for my son to get things essential fatty acids given that his diet is so restricted he can't even eat fish. Pumpkin seeds contain a variety of vitamins and minerals, plus they're rich in omega 3 and omega 6. Sunflower seeds are packed with nutrients like Vitamin E, heart healthy fats and plant chemicals that protect against cancer and heart disease. One serving has 7 grams of protein and 4 grams of fiber. Plus, the dried fruit is even sulfite free. This is a wonderful snack that I highly recommend.

Not just for the birds! It's perfect snack food (and the dark chocolate is the winning ingredient!)
They call me bird seed woman at work! LOL. This mix is SOOO Good. I started to take nuts out of my diet just to see if it would make a difference with headaches I was having - I realized how much I liked seeds with this mix - and the dark chocolate thrown in is perfect! I am not crazy about the opening at the top - for me I have to cut it with a scissors or the package opens up all over the place - so I usually cut it open and pour it out onto a paper towel at work to snack on. It's great tasting, filling and gives you a lot to work with for your fingers - keeps you busy! I call it my bird seed. I really do like it - and to top it off - it's NON GMO - so it's great ingredients, no chemicals, etc. Perfect snack food. I buy it by the case and take it everywhere with me (and my scissors!). My headaches were not related to nuts I found out - but I continued to stay nut-free and keep eating this seed mix - because it's soo good. I don't miss the nuts!! (or the calories!)

This trail mix is so good!! (and healthy too!)
I absolutely love the taste of this trail mix and highly recommend! Started out looking for a peanut-free, healthy trail mix for my teen daughter. She LOVES it (and so do I). It is the perfect blend of sunflower and pumpkin seeds and fruit (like raisins, cranberries, dried apples) and tiny chocolate chips. It is the perfect, healthy snack (sweet and salty)...but not TOO sweet or salty. Nicely done, Enjoy Life! You can buy these small bags for "on the go", or purchase the larger 6 oz bags for use at home when snacking. Would highly recommend this! Loved pumpkin seeds/sunflower seeds as a kid and recently learned they are real mood boosters too :) I have already placed 2 orders of these smaller snack packs and just purchased the larger bags today. Enjoy!!

Great taste; not enough zinc for me though
I really like the taste but thought it would have more pumpkin seeds; that's why I purchased these. I can eat a whole bag in one sitting which is not good for me! Because it has the dried fruit and very small chocolate chips, I think it may have too much sugar for my situation. Pumpkin seeds have zinc which helps the body to keep cooper in check. Too much cooper causes fatigue according to a book I purchased here called, 'Why am I always so tired?' by Ann Louise Gittleman; highly recommend that book as well.So even though I really like these, the dried fruit will have too much copper and sugar and the amount of pumpkin seeds is just not enough. If non of these are an issue for you then you will probably enjoy these. These are gluten free and free of nuts so I'm sure they are a hit for people looking for this type of snack. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 only because of the cooper issue. This company has made other products I've really enjoyed as well.

Allergy friendly trail mix—so good!
My daughter has multiple food allergies and she loves this snack! It’s delicious and I love she has an “allergy friendly” trail mix alternative. I actually have to stop myself and my son from eating these (no food allergies) because we run out so quickly and buying this frequently can get pricey. They did go up in price as I remember paying $5-6 less for the same amount a couple years ago. Perfect snack for on the go and school lunches.

no peanuts!
This is a really tasty trail mix sort of thing with dried fruits in it. I like it because it doesn't have dates in it, but it also doesn't have peanuts or tree nuts. The fruits are mostly small raisins (juicy little things) and dried apple bits. And there's chocolate bits in every bite almost, plus unsalted sunflower kernels and pepitas (shelled pumpkin seeds). This stuff is totally good for you, will take the edge off your chocolate jones, and they come in little portable bags.I paid a little less than $21 for a pack of 24, so that's less than a dollar per, which is less than half what I would expect to pay at a convenience store, IF I could find them.

Good nut-free snack for on the go (just don't leave them in your car)
I got these because I needed something that I could take with me for a snack on the go. (I used to take packs of crackers and such but have started trying to adopt a primal diet so that is out now.) It is a little sweet, salty, and overall very tasty. As a bonus I have friends with family members who have nut allergies who have tried them and really like that they are a trail mix option for their family. I did leave a pack in my car in case I needed a snack, and after a mildly warm-ish day I took them out and ended up squeezing the chocolate-coated gooey chunks out to eat it. I didn't think it would be warm enough to melt them, but maybe without all of the processed stabilizers they melted easier??? Not sure... But the gooey mess was still tasty.

Easy peasy
My elementary aged kids love these and so do I. Great for car trips, pool/beach snack, after school snack. They are so portable and don’t contain any of the major allergens. Great quick and healthy source of protein, good fats and fiber. Wish the packaging was recyclable or compost-friendly. I dislike buying individually packaged items especially in plastic, but life is about balance. These are great as an on the go, healthy snack which can be hard to find.
