What was advertised, is exactly what I received. I'd buy again!!

It's super thin. I feel like I need thicker padding for use on a wood floor. Something to research for future purchases!

These are great mars to workout on. My husband and I are using these at home and he likes that they are long enough for him. He us 5ft 11in. and has plenty of room to lay on

I chose this rating because I had never done this before and it was wasy to use. Very comfortable. I was able to use it and it fold easily to reuse.

I first bought a thicker, spongier mat thinking it would be more comfortable, but it stretched without giving me the support I needed for certain exercises. This one does the job perfectly!
