Comply 400 Core Series Memory Foam Replacement IEM Ear Tips, Black (S/M/L)

I've been using the Comply 400 Core Series Memory Foam Replacement IEM Ear Tips (Medium, Black), and they've been a worthwhile upgrade over the standard silicone tips that came with my IEMs. The memory foam compresses easily, then expands to create a secure, comfortable seal that stays in place even during long listening sessions. The improved seal also helps block out background noise and gives music a fuller, more immersive sound with better bass response. The medium size fit well for me, and I appreciate how soft the foam feels compared to silicone. They're especially nice if you wear your earbuds for extended periods, as they reduce pressure and ear fatigue. Installation was quick, and they stayed securely attached to my earphones. Like most memory foam tips, they will eventually wear out with regular use, but that's expected and a fair trade-off for the added comfort and performance. Overall, these are an excellent replacement ear tip option for anyone looking for a better fit, improved noise isolation, and a more enjoyable listening experience.

Wish I would give this product 4.5 stars... I had surgery multiple times to repair my ear drum, in injury I got while serving in Iraq in the US Army. These surgeries have left one ear canals unusually larger than normal... As a result, in-ear headphones always fit uncomfortably in one ear... They always fall out... I have tried many different tips...These are the only that fit secure and snug in my bad ear and never fall out... They do an excellent job cancelling out noise as well... I use them on my $200 B&W in ear head phones and they work excellent... It does leave the music a little flat and distorted (possibly something that the average consumer will never notice but due to the fact that I have experience in music I can pick up the difference), but a quick tune to your EQ and it will sound perfect!!! If you appreciate music, these are a must have!!! They also work amazing on flights, especially long flights because you can't hear anything and they will remain comfortable. It is as if you are wearing ear plugs with these... I have only two complaints which I feel like knocks this product .5 stars... 1. is the the durability... If you wear these a lot they will get beat up rather quickly... They tear and warp as you expect foam to.. Also they will look disgusting if you don't clean your ear drums out regularly. This will leave you having to purchase new ones every 6months or so... 2. is the price.. Having said that these will not last forever... the price is extremely high for something that will be needed to be replaced periodically... I do not understand why the manufacturer charges so much for a couple tiny pieces of foam... Other than that these things are awesome!

I love these tips. My ears have annoyingly small/odd shaped canals which make normal rubber tips always uncomfortable no matter what the size or type. These Comply memory foam tips are the only ones I can have in my ears for any appreciable length of time, and they are very comfortable. There are only 3 issues I have experienced with these: 1. They make my ears hot. Strange to think about but the exact fit nature of the things really makes my ears sweat a bit. 2. There is some tone alteration. This can be good or bad depending on the earphones used. I had a brittle sounding pair of MEE earbuds that these tips really made amazing. In my experience the foam reduces some of the highs, and really helps transfer the lows. 3. Over time they shred. After a while of compressing and use, the foam starts to tear and you need a new set. I'm sure it's the nature of the foam beast, but I still get slightly annoyed that they need to be replaced since they aren't cheap.

These memory foam tips completely transformed my earphones. The noise isolation is dramatically better, they seal comfortably without any ear fatigue, and they stay put during workouts. The foam compresses and expands to fit perfectly. Three pairs is a good value since they do wear over time. If you use IEMs, these are worth every penny.

I bought a pack of these about a year ago and in terms of comfort and sound isolation, these are phenomenal. For those metrics, you really cannot find anything better. Silicon tips always cause pretty heavy ear fatigue for me, and finding ones that are the right exact size for my apparently weirdly shaped ear canals is next to impossible. These can accommodate pretty much any ear size (well, within limits, make sure you get the right size). The sound isolation is also fairly good. You will be able to hear some sounds, after all these aren't earplugs, but it's way better than something you'd get with silicon tips. I got the TX variety with the additional earwax guard because the "grill" on one of my earbuds somehow broke off and I wanted to somehow replace it. I didn't notice a significant different in sound quality or volume level, but I am also not sure how much the guard does. Your mileage may vary, but I think unless you have a specific reason to get the earwax guard, get the normal ones. All the good stuff being said, the durability of these tips is questionable at best. I only use these during my approximately one hour commute, so about two hours a day, four or five days a week depending on the week. I consider this fairly average usage. They start to break down after about two months and become borderline unusable by the three month mark. See picture for a pair I've been using for about 4 months. This was my last of the three pairs so I've been holding off on replacing them. They barely stay in my ears, and seem like they might completely fall apart any day now. I am also worried about them leaving some of the foam residue in my ears. It's unfortunate because I am pretty sure it is the nature of the foam that these behave this way, so there's no way to avoid the durability concerns. If they were a little cheaper I think it would be a little more feasible. But the TX variety are $20 and last less than a year. I can't recommend getting these for the price they are sold for.

Comfort and isolation; virtually every earphone review mentions them. But Comfort and isolation are for the most part dependent on the ear-tips, rather than the headset itself. Generally, we mess around with the stock ear-tips until we find one we can put up with. Sticking things TIGHTLY into your ears is not exceptionally comfortable. So we usually end up with a compromise between an ear-tip size that does not make our ear canals BURN too much while also giving a fair degree of isolation from outside noise. But there's more to proper ISOLATION than shutting out distracting outside noise. A LEAKY SEAL WITHIN THE EAR CANAL WILL ALWAYS COMPROMISE AN IN-EAR MONITOR'S BASS RESPONSE AND DYNAMICS. Without a proper seal, other aspects of the headset's response will also suffer, though perhaps to a lesser extent. So how do you get the phones sealed properly within your ear canal without that uncomfortable "burn"? You upgrade to whichever ear-tips Comply recommends for your particular phone. (One size does not fit all. My NuForce NE-700x phones take the 200s, my HiFiMan Re-Zeros the 400s.) Use your stock ear-tips as a guideline for ordering: if the medium sized ear-tip seem most comfortable order a medium size from Comply, etc. Also, I suggest you ignore the manufacturer's recommendation to compress the Comply tips prior to insertion. When I do that they expand unevenly resulting in the unwanted "burn". Instead, do this: ==> Loop your wires over your ears leaving a little slack and NUDGE the Comply ear-tips into one ear first, then the other (just enough for them to get a grip). ==> Without music playing, check to make sure the phones are sealed. Do this by breathing slowly in and out through your nose. If your breathing sounds amplified, good. If not push them in just a bit further. ==> Now check to see if the ear-tips are sealed evenly. This is done by popping your fingers alternately next to your right ear and left to see if the attenuation is equal. Again, adjust as needed. This process gets the Comply tips properly sealed into your ear-canals most comfortably. You will have much better bass response and dynamics, among other more subtle benefits. You'll have pretty good isolation too. Pushing the ear-pieces in more deeply will give even better isolation if that's what you are after. The TX series comply ear-tips also offer an acoustically transparent screen to protect your phones from being clogged with earwax. Wax can ruin a phone, which is why a lot of models come with replaceable screens for their drivers. The TX series ear-pieces are a safe-guard against this. If your are compulsive about cleaning your ears daily and checking you phones after each use you probably don't need them. Otherwise the few extra bucks are probably well spent.

Pretty much the best tips for your earbuds out there. I've purchased these after a few hours of critical listening on my Lg HBS-900 Tone Infinim Wireless Stereo Headset, the sound was good but it just felt like sound was tweaking out the sides and I was not really getting the full experience. I have used Comply tips before and thought that they would be a nice addition to this headset, and WOW they do not disappoint they really take the sound to a entirely new level. By creating a really good seal with your year these tips really bring out the sound in almost any pair of earbuds. Now I will say one of the biggest knocks against the is the price, at 6.65$ a pair these are NOT cheap! So be sure to order the right size the first time! I also question the durability of these tips, as they are made of an open cell foam type material that is prone to getting contaminated. I will update this review after a few months cucumber on how long a pair lasts or does not last. I will also note that if you need to put in or take out your earbuds quickly these may not be the pair for you as you must compress the foam before inserting them into your years or you simply won't get a good comfortable fit. Other than those small issues I would highly recommend these earbud tips to anyone having fitment issues with their current earbuds, especially if you have "weird" shaped ears like I do.

These are softer than my old ones, and my old ones had the wax guards, so it’s not just that. I use them for doing yard work and using power tools and so far they hold up to the old ones as far as sweat and blocking loud machinery. They don’t have the compression/decompression when rolled that the old ones had, much more of jam them in and they’re pretty much good to go. The old ones you would roll tight and then had to hold in place while they expanded, which did make them a tighter fit, but was also annoying when you had to take them out for any reason. But whatever, they’re still better than the other ones out there and they work well.

I got the size 400 s/m/l pack to test out on which suits my ear canal best. I love foam tips as they create a better seal around your ear canals. The foam tips are quite stiff in the beginning but after constant usage for around a month, they will start to soften and making it easier to stuff it in your ears.

Awesome product. Really really soft, durable and works as written on the box. My buds lasted about 4 months before wearing off the memory coating.

Bought these to go with my SoundMAGIC E30s purchased around a year ago. In short: - Girlfriend blow-drying her hair about 1.5m away this morning, played some Sigur Ros on my phone, volume around 50% (conversation level, I'd say). Couldn't hear the hair dryer at all, or the girlfriend shouting at me over the hair dryer. Bonus. - Been wearing them since then (around 5 hours so far) and I've forgotten they're in; The cables dangling from my ears are more uncomfortable, and they are folded behind my ears and barely noticeable. I could easily wear these all day long. - They are remarkably secure. I had a good fit with the bundled silicon tips with the E30s, but the Comply memory foam just blows them away naturally. Fitting was fiddly (I have wide but shallow ear canals, or some other weirdness), but with a little *less* pressure when holding them in place I got a very comfortable and secure fit without any muffling of the headphones. - One problem: I have no idea how loud I'm being anymore. I can't hear my typing of this review at my keyboard, yet my girlfriend just came upstairs and told me to stop hammering on the keys. I guess that's a good problem to have, though. Comparative eBay review: **GREAT PRODUCT* AAA++++++++++++++++++++++ EDIT: I bought the combi set, and have used the Large fitting for the reason stated above. My g/f, luckily, has Philips SHE 9500 headphones which these fit also, making these a £10 upgrade to my headphones. WELL worth it, IMHO, at that price.

付属のイヤーピースは中華製の安価なもので、音もドンシャリ傾向だったのでやっぱり「安かろう悪かろう」で廃棄するつもりでしたが、コンプライに替えた途端、低域から高音域までバランスが良くなりイヤホンが別物に変化しました。知り合いのハイレゾ対応のパイオニアのイヤホンとも比較試聴してみましたが、個人的にはそれよりも気に入っています。音の好みは人それぞれ千差万別ですが、町中で皆さんが聴いているイヤホンよりも良いのではないかと自信が持てます。全部のイヤホンと相性が良いとは限りませんので悪しからず。
