Fantastic idea as all you do is recharge the hotwater bottle everytime it cools down. I use mine everyday as I have medical issues. It comes with clear instructions on how to use and its just as good as the more expensive brands. This one is smaller so you can hold it against places like your tummy or lower back.

Much safer than a traditional hot water bottle and no microwave ding to disturb others sleeping if you charge it in the early hours so also better than a beanbag type

It worked for a few weeks, but then stopped getting properly hot, just warm. Of course the "return window" had shut by then.Don't buy. Rubbish!!

I am using this on a daily basis, my only criticism is that it needs recharging every four hours, but I am very happy with it at the price paid.

It is a gift for someone who has Raynaud's .Unfortunately it was left on the doorstep in pouring rain and the box is saturated. Not too happy when I said to leave in the garage.
