Cheap and relatively easy way to fix alignment
Once you've read through the instruction atlas (it's huge) once and understand how they work these things are quite easy to understand! A total lifesaver! Much cheaper than replacing the rear beam on my 2005 Scion xB. I got it within spec in no time and my car stopped pulling to the left. (The driver side rear toe in was causing my car to pull left quite a bit!)The only downside is you will have to remove your wheel bearing to place the shim behind it. For me this meant that I had to replace my rear wheel bearings since the original bearings were severely rust jacked into place and removing them ended up ruining them. But still so much cheaper than a new rear beam!I went from .38 toe in and 1.8 degrees camber to 0 on the left and .18 toe in and 1 degree camber to 0 on the right as well!

it works great
i used this product for correcting alignment on my car. basically had the car on the alignment rack to get measurements and get the specs for shim. cut shim according to template and checking it with car hub mating surface. marked additional spots i had to remove. re-installed after and re-checked alignment and rear alignment and it was in specs almost as close to actual predictions. its just very time consuming but worth it to get alignments well within specs. would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to fix their rear alignment. its much easier to have alignment machine to do all the guess work on what numbers need to be lined up rather then trying to figure it out yourself.

Works great, but not easy to install on my Matrix
2010 Matrix, rigid rear carrier, measured on dealer alignment to be WAY out (and non-adjustable STUPID STUPID STUPID), so I knew exactly what orientation these needed to be, no need to calculate. But the hub geometry was NOTHING like shown in the instructions. I had to cut so much of the shim away that I had to use contact adhesive to the halves together for installation, along with longer screws. No brake caliper issues, though. Hunter shim recommendation (Delco number) reverses upper and lower number, but as the instructions say, it doesn't matter as long as the two numbers are aligned and installation is vertical AT ROAD HEIGHT. Jacking up the vehicle changes the angle, which I suspect is why some people have problems with these. Anyway, alignment is exactly what I wanted, now.

Get way to save money and not have to replace the rear axle beam...
An excellent way to adjust rear alignment issues with torsion beam axle alignment issues. I have used adjustment shims on VW/Audi for years and its saved many people a lot of money and time by not having to replace axle assemblies. I wish the plastic was stronger and easier to cut/break off as needed, as you can easily break the shim in half without much effort at all.
