One of the best books I have ever read! The author is truly a gifted writer. This book provided so many eye opening truths and set me on the path healing. No therapist needed after this read.

Perfectly titled, good exercises, and a clear explanations

Wisdom at its finest! The wisdom contained in these pages is literally life changing! I read a lot of books on self help, philosophy, psychology and stoicism and this book has all that and more. The author matter of factly puts her incites together with little fan fare or fancy words! You will not find any psycho babble or college lectures on the workings of medulla oblongata or prefrontal cortex in this book. And that is very refreshing! Just good common sense wisdom! I have underlined half of the book if not more! This book has really opened my eyes to why I do what I do, and more importantly, what I now need to do to move forward with my life. I always felt there was just something I wasn’t grasping that would help my life make more sense. Something that would make my life better. I have not found that something! Most books have all the good stuff at the front of the book and half way through you are bored with the book. Not this one! I kept thinking there can’t be anymore to learn and then I would turn the page and some nugget of wisdom would leap off the page! Read this and heal your life!!!

Amazing.... This is my first book from Brianna W and I can say I read this book at exactly the right time. I bought it a while back, but for some reason I didn't read it. And wow I read it exactly when I needed it the most: just like the title says 'when you ready, this is how you heal. Amazing, amazing book. Every word resonated and it is like talking to a friend, simple yet deep and meaningful. I will be purchasing more books from her. So glad I came across this book. Thank you
