2022 Newest SuperBOX S3 Pro with New Voice Activated Remote and Powerful 2GB RAM+32GB, Black

This will be a long review detailing our own experience with the Superbox S3 Pro, including minor issues that we encountered and what seems to have fixed those issues.Have been using this for a few weeks and we are so impressed with the quality of the video that we have cancelled Concast ridiculous cable service and this brings everything that we got from them ( for $180+ per month ) and then some! The video quality is MUCH better than cable and is FREE ( after the purchase of the Superbox ).A couple of "negatives" that barely deserve a mention at all but, if you are on the fence about whether you can cut the cord with this box, I want to give all of the details and the "fixes" that seem to have resolved the issues.First, while every channel we normally watch is crystal clear with no freezing or stuttering, we have ( so far ) found that ONLY WWBT ( NBC Channel 12 in Richmond, Va. ) freezes and is unusable but ONLY when the local news broadcast is on. All other live news channels work just fine and WWBT works without any issues when the local news is not on. We can only assume that it has something to do with the local broadcast of that station.Next, we initially had trouble with the remote functioning intermittently ( button presses would sometimes take multiple presses to register even though the indicator on the Superbox would blink EVERY time ). The remote was shown in Settings as "paired" but, following the pairing procedure, resolved the issue and the remote now works flawlessly.I was somewhat disappointed that I could find no instructions on how to install a memory card and format it as INTERNAL memory. I installed CX File Explorer ( from Play Store ), insert a FAST USB 3.0 flash drive and open CX. The USB drive should be shown on the CX launch screen. Select the drive and hold the remote "Ok" button until the "Settings" menu opens ( about 2 seconds ), select "Settings" and follow the on-screen prompts to "Format as Internal Memory" and, once complete, "Move data now" to transfer some of the Superbox data to the SD Card. Our Superbox now has 288 GB internal memory. I don't yet know if the system automatically allocates some of this to expand RAM but, I can tell you that there is NEVER any buffering issues on TV, VOD or any of the "premium" channels.Sometimes, we have noticed a very minor audio out-of-sync issue. I have tried several settings to correct this and it STILL occurs but not consistently enough or bad enough to even worry about it. We have "corrected" our viewing so that we watch the full screen ( instead of focusing on the speaker's mouth ) and no longer notice if it is really out of sync or not.I hope that this helps you make your decision. Ours has already been made and we are not looking back.

Everything works as it should after I spent a couple hours trying to get it to work. When I would go to the APP Store it would tell me my "device abnormal". Had to contact Superbox directly to "activate" the device in order to get it working correctly.

Easy to set up and connect. Watch the manufacturer YouTube channel for programming the remote. So far, we love it!

Not a bad product at all. Works great but highly recommend going with the Elite 2 version. It's a higher tier coming from the S3 Pro. For about 70$ more, definitely would go with Elite 2

WARNING ! After a month worth of troubleshooting with Verizon why my internet was going out every 24 hours, after 10-12 + hours back and forth replacing my router, online tech support, having TWO different technicians out to my house, replacing the FIOS ONT box (optical network terminal) on the *outside of my house, I finally isolated the problem to my new Superbox. This thing *DOES NOT get along with Verion FIOS' latest generation internet system, at least in my case and was throwing the ONT box offline every day requiring a reboot. Had to return it. I'll find something else.
