I was looking for a mess kit for my son to use in scouts. He was previously using one of the cheap ones from Walmart. I decided to order this one to replace it with. When this mess kit arrived I unpacked it and was very pleased with the quality.The pot and pan feels sturdy. I love that the pot has measurements on the side to help with measuring liquids. I love that it comes with two bowls/cups and two sporks. My son has lost several eating utensils so having a backup one will be nice. The carabiner clip was a nice addition and will come in handy. I'll use it myself though because he can't carry that type of knife in his troop. The stove is nice and compact. We haven't fired it up yet but will do so prior to taking it camping.The whole mess kit compacts down nicely and has a nice storage bag to keep it in when packing it away in your pack. The overall quality of this mess kit is great! This thing can be super lightweight if you remove some of the extra items you can get it down to about 1 pound or less.This thing is perfect for anyone in scouts or the avid backpacker. The mess kit feels like it's sturdy enough to last us a long time. I highly recommend ordering one of these they're really well built!

Cool set for a quick meal!- I got this set for my car emergency kit, I have a couple of cans of soup, tuna, and food that you can only add water for a quick meal on the road, I used 3 times last month while on the road in those 'rest stop' areas by the freeway, I warmed up some soup and another time I made hot cocoa, my kids love it and it saves me a few bucks, this just complements my other kit that I have.Great set, practical the only CON is that when frying eggs/bacon it sticks on the surface so you have to 'seasoned' it a bit, by burning oil and with time it will be non-sticky.

Got it in the mail in 2 days!. Thanks amazon prime. Came well boxed and protected. Stove was exceptionally protected. Fit everything into one compartment in my pack. Fits in my saddle bags so will come in handy for horse trips. Also it is very light which helps. Has lots of useful stuff. I like that all the pans and utensils fit into a small bag. Does everything I would expect it to do. Maybe I should get 2. Defiantly has my Army mess kit beat. When I get some fuel for the stove/heater I will review how well it works. I especially like how you don't need matches or a lighter! That can come in handy when it is cold, wet and windy outside. Product was neatly packaged and very lightweight. Pots and stove are good quality for the price and everything except the stove fits neatly in the pouch. The stove has a very nice waterproof case as well. Overall a good product for the price. Only complaint would be that the bowls are very small, probably only hold 2 tablespoons worth of food, so I'll be replacing those, but that's not what I bought the set for so I'm fine with it.Dynamic Products seems great to work with, they followed up with an email making sure everything was good and that I was happy with the product. Would buy from them again.

I bought this for my Boy Scout son. It is holding up pretty good so far. There is a coating on the handles that prevents you from placing these directly into a campfire (lost a star for that), but otherwise exactly what my son needed. The additional pocket stove was far more useful than expected, and easier to pack than his bigger MSR stove, but not quite as stable. Still, a Boy Scout should be able to adapt just fine. The price though is a home run. Great bang for the buck!

Ok so I just gave a great review for another product so I really don't like giving poor reviews...Just so you know.I bought this for a 3 week camping trip with my cousin. The stove was the one thing I was able to keep using. That being said, the pot had severe food sticking issues from the get go! I was unable to properly cook anything with any of the pots...besides water! The bowls and scoop are literally almost the same size and the serving bowls look more like kids play dishes. The utensils were ok. I did use the extra utility tool for cutting food and such. The stove and utility tool are the only reason I don't give this set a 1 star.

This kit is the perfect backpacking size. Comes with everything you need to prepare meals in the back country. I bought 4. 1 for me and one for each of my kids. The Stove worked well, and the kids love them. Would definitely recommend!

I was looking for a nice,lightweight,compact cookware kit since last fall when the one I bought from my local store gave up on me on the last camping trip.Once received was pleased with the quality and the thought that went into nice packaging and design of a whole product.Everything fits nicely together and is truly compact and lightweight.In fact my 6 year old kid got excited when we opened it together and was making her own camping trip in our living room with this kit. It is definitely great for one or two person use to fix you a nice meal while enjoying great outdoors.Comes with two bowls(which can be used as cups)and two sporks. Also has cool bag to fit everything in.The stove and carabiner clip are nice additions and great bonuses.It really is a no brainer,just what we needed..Thank you for making this product available.Highly recommend!
