You never know until you see it for yourself.
Just delivered today and thought I would get stuck in with a test run on my mankiest carpet, years of use with dogs and kids, hoovered but never machine cleaned....until now!It's definitely going to need a couple more passes I reckon, but the first pass already shows a huge difference.

From the first use the hose has leaked water soaking me and saturating the stairs carpet, today I thought I'd try the actuall upright part of it as I can't even get the hose into the machine anymore, it's not cleaning anything and it's ripped a hole in my new hall runner, stay well clear of buying this

UTTER RUBBISH!!!
DON'T BOTHER BUYING THIS UTTER PIECE OF RUBBISH,AFTER ONE USE THE SOLUTION TANK EXPLODED) AND NO THE WATER WASN'T TO HOT!!)HAD TO PURCHASE A NEW ONE FROM DAEWOO (WHO WEREN'T MUCH HELP!) AND ON THE SECOND USE THE HANDLE (INCLUDING THE SOLUTION TANK HOLDER DISINTEGRATED WHEN I CAME TO PICK IT UP (BY THE HANDLE) NEITHER TIME WAS THIS MACHINE ABUSED IN ANY WAY, THE INSTRUCTIONS WERE FOLLOWED TO THE BOOK. MY SUGGESTION IS WAIT UNTIL YOU CAN AFFORD A BETTER ONE,DON'T BUY THIS RUBBISH!!!!!
