Not good to buy.....waste of money..this capsules are made by starch and sugar powder .There is no vit A in side the capsules.i and my friends are using vit A while every exams for eyes protection..

I've been using for past 10 days for my vision, I'm not sure if there is any improvement yet BUT I'm definitely having a reaction to the vit A capsules if I take the capsule Half an hour after a meal, I begin to feel a very hot, itchy, tingling feeling in my arms, face and ears. My ears feel as if there is pressure in them like when you sit in a plane during take off. This reaction lasts for half an hour then subsides on its own.Reaction to vit A supplement is common.I'm not certain if I will continue to take it because of the reaction.PS 3-5-23 UPDATE.Have started taking the capsule right away after a meal, now no reaction. Continuing to take the capsule.

I have been using this supplement since 8 months. And I totally recommend it. Really easy to consume. And anybody can use it and see the benefits. Anybody can go for it without any doubt.
