Less than a month old and it doesn't work. The buttons stick.

good price and works like the original that our lab confused with her chew toy.

(Scott posting)The main wheel used to select the input, movies, device/tv settings, and well just about everything… works 20% of the time. Usually you must press it 3-5 times and finally it works.Only slightly less annoying is when the cursor moves 2 spaces every time you hit the directional buttons (around the wheel.) this happens about 80% of the time making it an act of extreme patients to use the T.V.

I ordered one , buttons were over sensitive and didn’t work properly. I returned the first and ordered a second. This one seems better but still not completely correct. This product lacks any true quality control. Putting a “passed”sticker on the bag ….. really 🤔

Was excited to get the remote and worked immediately, however the excitement quickly became shock when the center toggle just fell and broke off only after 2 months… what a bummer when I found out no return available! Thanks to the great Amazon customer service they made it right! I ❤️ Amazon!
