InalsaDazzle Open Glass Top 4 Burner Gas Stove, Manual Ignition, Black

Eventhough I purchased the gas stove during October 2019, I had opened the packet recently and just started using the stove now (that is nearing one month). Today I noticed that the glass is cracking on the upper part of the stove. The stove cannot be used anymore. Glass is breaking on the top everywhere. Since the return window is closed, I request you to refund the money to me. The amount involved is huge and hence I cannot bear the loss. Within one month the glass started cracking, then what is the quality of stove? On hearing from you, I shall return the stove to you. I don't want a replacement. I am attaching the pictures of the same for your perusal.

This is a decent stove. The glass on The glass smuges easily, so you need to keep it pretty clean if you want it it look good. Just a touch and your palm print is clearly visible, and the stove is smodged again. The burners are good, though the stands tend to leave an odour when the burners are used, at least for the first few uses. The color of the stand changes a bit too, overtime(see picture).I would have appreciated if the knobs had a more precise range of operation, but I think I'll get used to it over time. The knobs are smooth, and easy to use.Please note this is an LPG stove; for PNG you need to make adjustments to the product, which might cost you extra.I have no regrets buying this. It is decent and gives value for money.

This product is not worth for a single penny bcz after using it, in 15 days the blac coating from side started cuming out n the worst thing is dat we can't place a big untensil on it, n the burnel started forming rust...on it, such a bad experience ...within 15 days...

Looks good - but note the following:- burners are for LPG cylinder. I did not know this and after connecting it myself the burners just wont light on PNG. some changes need to be made. For piped gas, contact the pipeline authorised service center - in delhi it is IGL and they charge rs 72 per burner but they take 2 to 3 days. I called the neighborhood gas wala and he charged me rs 500 :-(so plan for it- the gas nozzle is on the back and swivels - which is what was my requirement/preference. If it was on the side, it will require less depth- the glass top is easy to clean and I think it is best not too put hot things/vessels there. only had it dor 3 days.Hope this helps you

We observed a leak from one of the on/off knob. It even caught fire. Reported this to Inalsa on 25th November 2019. Not fixed and resolved till date(13/05/2020). Their support is absolutely pathetic. Nobody responds to any service request made using their App.
