Really delicious. The scotch bonnet flavor comes through. Only thing to know before you buy this is that it is a hot sauce, so it does not have the consistency of mustard. It has virtually no viscosity.

Like any other average joe perusing online for good hot sauces, i came across this gem, pleasantly hot, good mustardy flavor ( great on Bologna sandwhiches, or a club sandwhich... better yet just anything you put mustard on ) but I made a critical mistake of overloading my gut with this delectable sauce.the following morning i had gone to work to start a new work week, admittedly i was not prepared for what ensued 30m after i got to the job. the sauce had begun to convey from my gut to my intestines, and from there carve a sweeping path straight to the colon. beads of sweat hit my brow as i begun to relize this was a DEFCON 2 emergency. i needed to find a toilet and fast, the unholy liquid death that was about to be unleashed was not to be trifled with.i rushed to the restroom, locked the door, and braced for impact. after 10m of adrenaline fueled back door dry heaving. the scotch bonnet devil was gone, and i was ready for the rest of my day. 9/10 would suffer destroyed bowels again.

I LOVE this hot sauce. Its flavor is impeccably good. Irreplaceable, even by the other oh-so-similar looking mustard hot sauces. It's pricey for what it is, but I'm not going to stop buying it.This is a world-class product that I would be proud to serve the Queen or to the surviving members of Queen.

I love this hot sauce! But I learned the hard way not to put too much on a cheeseburger… It’s got real kick to it. Not for children, but it sure livens up anything you put it on!

My husband loves this hot sauce and I’ve purchased it at least 5 times. This sauce not only has heat but also has flavor. Definitely recommend!
