Q: The invisible spring back on one of my hoops fell out, is there a way just to order a replacement back?

The spring fell out or was never there at the beginning. I love these earrings and want these to work. How do I get the springs?

Q: Are these hypoallergenic?

Rating something as hypoallergenic can be difficult because there are so many allergies to different metals. Most of the time, people are referring to if it's nickel free. Our gold-tone hoops are nickel-free, but the silver ones are not.

Q: Can you used these on your nose ?

Typical nose rings are 12-13mm. Our smallest size is 18mm, which would probably be too large to wear as a nose ring comfortably.

Q: how do I find the size choice for the clip on hoop earring?

I also have the problem if determining size. Can not tell if it is 17.5 mm 25 mm 30 mm …… diameter.
