Well.....yes. But just a very small amount to protect the screen.

I have a tempered glass protector over the camera that runs the length of the camera, will this case work with covering part of the camera length

I expect it would. I have a non glass film that works fine with the case.

Will a pop socket stick to this case?

yes, it has a smooth back so a pop socket sticks fine
