I tried the "P3" and the "P4" (this one) and I can't begin to know what all the supplements actually do in the short run or the long run, but what I wanted was a vegan protein that was not soy, brown rice or pea, just because I think it's important for the body to cycle through different things and because it seemed interesting. Both are great and I prefer this one because it's not sweetened or flavored in any way so when I add matcha, the matcha flavor comes through, when I add vanilla, it's vanilla tasting, etc. It's just a great basic protein powder for plant-based eating.
