Amazing meat chips! Five starts
This is a GREAT product. I rarely come and write reviews, but I felt I had to do this and I'm hoping to help people that is looking for real healthy snack.First of all, it has simple ingredients: pasture raised beef, water, and high quality salt. Anyone on carnivore or keto diet will appreciate this. The texture is just out of this world, is crispy as it states the name, is like eating meat chips, I was expecting something harder but it's perfect. It's definitely not jerky, this is MUCH better. I use braces and this wasn't painful to bite at all. Texture five stars.I cannot skip this part, my order came with a printed sales order that has handwritten a 'Hope you enjoy!' and let me tell you I AM! I feel like supporting small businesses that manufacture such amazing products is very important, more in the economy we're currently living.I think you won't regret your purchase. They also included an extra small bag of chicken crumbs. I will definitely keep buying from this store!

Crack in a bag
I’ve bought the 3-pack beef brisket 5 times now and each chip has been perfectly thin and crispy with a touch of salt to make them the best thing going. Now if you’re used to chemical heavy, fake flavored, additive and preservative laden snacks, you probably won’t like these because these taste like actual beef because, well, that’s what they are. Oh so good and oh so good for you. Yes they cost more than others but they’re also higher quality and cleaner. You absolutely get what you pay for. But back to the chip, that crispy fat on the brisket is heaven in a snack… I have another 3 pack arriving today. Can’t wait!!! P.S. If you can get your hands on a bag of chicken crumbs they’re also worth your while. Grateful for these.

Taste and Quality ingredients.
Taste was good and product was as Advertised. A bit expensive. Not something I would buy on a regular basis but a Nice treat. I feel comfortable recommending these.

Very unpleasant taste
Great source of protein on the go but it is not tasty at all. There is absolutely no seasoning and it definitely looks like a dog treat. I have never tasted dog treats, but I imagine they taste just like this! I decided to buy a nice roast and make my own meat chips in my dehydrator and use plenty of redmans sea salt. 😊I would not recommend this as it had to be “gagged down” by all who tried it. I wasn’t about to waste it so down it went. 🫢🥴🤢

Decent flavor, but is it worth the price? (breakdown in review)
I do like the flavor, I like the texture, and it does help curb behavioral urges to eat less healthy chips. HOWEVER, let's break down the price of this product per gram of protein and you can see where the conundrum is. As of today (5/9/2023) chicken breast costs about $2.70/lb at the store. 1lb of chicken breast has bout 140g of protein, so you are paying about $0.02 per gram of protein with chicken breast. This product has a total of 72g of protein in the 3 bags, at $34 that comes in at $0.47 per gram of protein. So given that you are spending 24x the money per gram of protein, I really don't think this is worth it.The ONLY thing I think this is good for is for those who are trying to overcome cravings or reprogram behavioral/compulsion issues with quick snacks. Do not buy these if you are thinking they are a great healthy alternative to anything other than overcoming your discipline issues. Going all in with equipment to process, compact, slice, and dehydrate chicken breast on your own, you will recoup the cost in less than 4 bags of these things. These are super convenient, but given that I can make the exact same thing (and I mean exact, I can't taste the difference and the texture is just matter of tuning) for less than 5% of the cost with only about 15 minutes of work, I guess it's just a matter of how much the convenience matters to you. TBH, one bag of these things are not even remotely satiating, even for the purpose of a quick snack.I really wanted to give these things a high rating, but once I took a stab at making my own and ended up making a product that I actually ended up liking more, along with taking 3 minutes to do some quick math, I really can't justify buying another order of these.

Beef pork and chicken flavors
I didn’t like the beef or the pork they were both grainy and bland not much flavor not very crispy either but the chicken is very good has a really good crispy texture and a good texture and flavor I bought three of each and now I will see if somebody wants the bags I bought of the beef and pork I won’t be eating them only the chicken very disappointed

Good but........
I was very excited about these brisket crisps. I was looking to use them to replace traditional crackers...They aren't a great cracker replacement....but they are a great pork bacon replacement. For those of you who may not like them as they are in the bag.....toss them in the oven for 5-7 minutes at 300 degrees and they will crisp up just like bacon (and some, if not all, of the fat will burn off). This oven version is great with scrambled eggs lol. My main negative is just that there is not a lot of product for $40. My first bag had 5 pieces in it. 5. If I have 5 for each remaining bag (total 15) that will be $2.66 for each crisp. That's a bit expensive. I will probably purchase these again as a splurge because I do like them heated up as a pork bacon replacement, but at this price tag, I can't make it a frequent purchase.
