Would Carx drift racing inline work with this

It is a fast PC, but not the fastest. Anything that runs on Windows or Linux should work.

On this model green g4 12th n100 16+500. can anyone tell me what 1440p refresh rate is possible. it says 60hz at 4k x2 so 1440p x2 at 120hz?

I think that is referring to two monitors, not the frequency.

I hav old pc with 2x sata hds, if I put them into a docking station, can I connect the dock via usb to this mini pc, and will it read the files?

The simple answer is yes, but there are a few things to be wary of. Firstly, I'd recommend you invest in a proper disc enclosure for each with usb output. If you're talking about 2.5 inch drives, then the enclosures are cheap and hopefully the USB 3 port will provide enough power to spin up the HDDs okay. If you're talking the larger PC HD drives, then I'd recommend an enclosure that has it's own separate power supply. Finally, the new mini PC should read the old disks fine, however if you have stored stuff you want in your Windows Documents folder, then these are normally held securely for each user account on the machine. When I've plugged my old Windows drive into another machine it's stopped me accessing these. Therefore, I suggest you copy any such files elsewhere before you junk your old PC. Hope this helps.

Does this pc currently (Aug 2023) ship with Win 11? The current spec says Ubuntu/Linux.
