Good value for the money!
I read all the reviews before ordering this Support. I agree the discomfort under the arms is a problem. Hopefully the manufacture will make an improvement in this area. I've worn this support a few times and can now give my review. True it is uncomfortable as several reviews have stated. This I feel is normal, reason being it is made to help correct poor posture. If it wasn't uncomfortable you probably don't have poor posture. Continued use will help posture and also teach you how to hold your back and shoulders when sitting or walking. Your continuous use will be as serious as you are about improving your posture. A quick fix is just not going to happen. Poor posture didn't happen overnight and improving it will take time. I feel this support could help improve your posture but does need to be improved under the arms, therefore only four stars.

Mostly good
Works, But- It really needs some kind of instructions. I did figure it out, but at least a picture included showing what goes where.It also has issues if you need to bend a lot. Not that you Can’t bend, but that it rides up when you bend, so I was continually pulling the belt part down.

if you need upper back and neck support this is a poor design for that purpose.
good quality material poor design as you have to nearly suffocate yourself by over tightening it to have it support your upper back.

Good Product
This item definitely helps improve posture, and it absolutely be eased into gradually. The recommendations are to wear it for a short period the first day and add time with each use. If you don't, you'll be in for a sore back at the end of the first day. This product is also well made.

Waste of money
Waste of money,first you have to adjust every 5 minutes because keep running up and after the third day of use the plastic start to coming out of the belt,very disappointed,don't waste your money
