Best Back Scratcher I Could Imagine
How could a back scratcher be better than this?It telescopes. You get two of them. They are super-sturdy. The handle is very comfortable non-slip material. The scratching part is firm enough (metal) but comfortable enough (easy on your skin). Cost is very reasonable.

It scratches your back.
So yeah, these are backscratchers. They are very solid and feel durable. I almost bought a pack of just the bear claw ones but decided to try the rake style, as well. And I'm glad I did, because I like the rake a lot better! I feel like it covers a little more area, and the bear one is a little bit sharp. I can really dig in and go to town with the rake, but I have to be careful with the bear. Definitely worth the money! I ordered a couple more of the rake style, keeping one in my car and one at my desk.

“Head” fell off one in the first days of use
I got these for my cat while she was suffering through weeks of cone/e-collar wearing. I was kind of babying her and showering her with all manner of gifts because she looked so miserable. They work fine. One telescopes longer than the other. The scratchy heads are small enough for a cat head inside a cone for the most part… but the black, “rake” one broke almost immediately, coming loose from the handle. I’m sure I can glue it back in and that problem will be resolved. But that version in particular is also kind of flimsy and bends under slight pressure.

Don't waste your money
They would be worthless if my handy husband hadn't made them workable. First, they move around so you go to scratch your back and the ''rake" has turned around. Also the angle is all wrong so my husband glued each segment (so I can't close it now, but that doesn't matter to me) and then he bent the 'scratchers' until they were at the right angle. Save your money

Love it!!
My 5 yr old grandson likes to play with my back scratcher. He broke my last one and I needed a new one. This seemed like a good deal and I specifically wanted the claw one, so I bought this. The scratchers are really sturdy and extend smoothly. My grandson still plays with it, but knows there will be consequences if he breaks this claw!!
