Pokemon Sun & Pokemon Moon

Now I don't need to keep googling everything
This Pokédex could have more art of each Pokemon but that's likely my only issue with it. That and the random pages thrown between entries that feel like magazine ads.As far as a postgame guide and Pokédex though, I love this thing.I preordered this around the same time I bought the regular game guide, both hardcover. Which honestly is a great investment. The lithographs this one included were of the Ultra Beasts and much more interesting than the ones included with the other guide. The cover is cute, lots of Pokemon they know appeal to many. The back has the sun and Moon logos and it looks rad. I should add pics to this later to show it.It also comes with a huge paper poster of all 300+ Pokemon you're able to get in Sun and Moon. The poster even tells you which Pokemon are version exclusive! For the pages inside, I was impressed with how much info they packed into each entry. You get the moves, the forms, the way to evolve them, even where to catch them. All the stuff you get on seribii without having to pick up your phone. There's even a page talking about which Pokemon are day/night exclusive in the wild, which I found helpful.Special items found on Pokemon, from walking, from fishing and their prices when selling at shops are also towards the front of the book.I haven't had time to get past the Pokédex part, which is roughly half of the book, to the post game guide but if anyone wanted this for the Dex I'd say go for it. It's great and looks really pretty on my shelf next to the other guide. Will update and post pics later on.

A hit with my Pokemon fan
My 11 year old son loves this book. I bought this for my son for his birthday. He started looking through it immediately and wouldn't stop. I can't personally review the content because I don't know much about Pokemon, but the pages are good quality and it seems to be bound well. The colors of the pictures are vibrant. It should be a hit with Pokemon fans.

Gotta catch 'me all! and this will help a fair amount, but not always.
Quality paper stock, binding seems to be holding. Skin oils seem to be wearing away whatever was used to give large portions of the cover an otherwise nice matte finish. Some information is missing, ex.: one of the locations for Goomy? I think? Don't quite recall, I just know I had to turn to Serebii for more information than I was comfortable with. Still, it's a good quality book, and one I don't regret getting.

Pokemon Sun and Moon Pokedex Guide Review
From the moment i saw it i knew that i had to have this book. Even though its a little more expensive then the regular Pokedex guide it more then makes up for its price with the content that comes with it. As shown by the pictures this version of the Pokedex guide comes with concept artwork for every Ultra Beast except Xurkitree who somehow wasn't worthy of the concept art treatment. It also comes with a giant poster showing all the Pokemon and Mega Evolutions that are in the Alola Pokedex on one side and the artwork for the Festival Plaza and Pokemon Refresh along with some pictures of Alolan Raichu, Alolan Dugtrio, Fomantis and Steenee. All in all i'm very happy with this book and the contents that come along with it and i highly recommend it to every Pokemon fan out there looking to get a bit more out of these guides then usual.

This is NOT a National Dex
Pokemon Sun and Moon mark the first games in the main Pokemon Series to not have a National Dex. Unfortunately the same holds true for this book. I was really hoping that this Pokedex would continue the tradition of including information for ALL Pokemon that can be used in the Sun and Moon games, not just the ones that are obtainable directly within the games. The book itself is of great quality, and the content provided is easy to read through. It's just an incomplete book.

Beautiful book & extras!
Beautiful book. High quality and what I would expect from a hardback collector's edition. The included poster and artwork were a nice addition. Very happy. As others have said, this only lists the Sun/Moon Alola Pokémon, but there are of course repeats from previous generations.

Alola Pokedex ONLY not national pokedex
Unlike previous regions pokedex 2nd strategy guides this one ONLY has Alola Pokemon in it. It does not have the complete national pokedex in it.

Great content - poor construction and material
Don't get me wrong, the content is spot on and has great guides to help you pick your team, battles and moves. The reason for two stars is due to pages falling out if you do open it too wide. The pages are also super thin and very prone to ripping, especially if you have an enthusiastic seven-year old!

The perfect guide to becoming an Alolan champion!
A fantastically-detailed guide that turns a pokénovice into a pokémaster within minutes! Chock-full of accurate movesets, elemental affinities and table-balancing advice against the Trials of Alola, one will rarely miss a beat against even the toughest of foes from land, sea and interdimensional space!(PAY. but there are more fun books out there
It's packed with information - tissue thin paper and microscopic print ensure that every possible detail of every Pokemon is in there, but there are more fun books out there. This is for the hardcore fan only.

Amazing and very good help
Packaging was brilliant and the book itself was brand new. There has not been a moment where the books contents made me confused in anyway, it is all laid out rather nicely in broken down notes. Even people who has learning difficulties can use this due to there being pictures in it too. I was in awe after looking through it.
