There is much to dislike about this phone. the user interface is primitive and awkward ( I don't mean compared to smart phones, I mean it's primitive and awkward compared to other feature phones) Texting is particularly difficult (again, compared to other flip phones I have owned) But probably the most serous defect is that the phone would chronically drop service when you move from one cellular "cell" to another. This is in an area with good cellular coverage. I would frequently find that after having driven to a different part of town, the phone was no longer usable. It would not receive phone calls, you could not make phone calls. Curiously, it would receive voice mail notifications. This was usually how I discovered that I had missed calls, as I would get a voice mail notification. Despite the notification, I would be unable to retrieve that voice mail, not make any outgoing calls. Nor would I ever get a "missed call notification" Looking at the display, there was no indication that the phone had failed, the icons indicated that it was in contact with the network and receiving 4G service .. but you were not. You would have to turn the phone off, then turn it back on again, and it would establish contact with the network, and would work normally ... until you moved into the area of a different cell antenna, then it was lather, rinse, repeat. After numerous missed calls, I got a different phone.

No GPS chip, no BS that tracks you, total user control, rugged, this is a great phone.It took me a moment to figure out how to insert the sim card. I see other users could not figure it out and returned the phone because of it, ha! Just follow the instructions pasted on the phone screen, it's simple, and actually really sure sim holder. I've just unboxed and played with it, and made one phone call. Works well so far!

So I bought this phone and it worked for about 4 months and then started having to take the battery out and reset the phone before each call and it tells people that I am just unavailable. I tried to contact the company but they had too many voicemail messages to leave a message. I tried through email with no response. I had to finally purchase a different phone because the this phone would not work at all. And no help from anyone. Finally Amazon was going to take it back but only gave me a couple of days to get it back and me being a teacher those days were not good for me to get it because because it was the last days of school. So I paid 80 for something only work about 4 months at the most. Little high price for a basic flip phone $20 a month. Would really like to have had some tech support like it said it would have

I am over 70 years old and choose not to have a smart phone, so am happy to have this phone.

Purchase was made for ATT H2O, does not work. Called T Mobile & they said won't work on them either.Said Version has volte network. Like the rugged phone but will have to send back.

Gave it 5 star review, but we never were able to use it. While it said it work on our carrier, it did not and we had to return it. No problems with the return. It's Amazon !

Does not work with cricket or AT&T. They will not let you use this phone!

The reception is terrible and difficult to set up
