Item was as discribed. Package was delivered in tact. The quality of the Fenugreek Seeds is top tear !!! The quantity provided was worth the price. It is full of health benefits, especially for lactating/breastfeeding mothers. It is also good for skin & stops hair shedding. It's simple to prep and easy to use. I soak 1 tbsp of Fenugreek Seeds in a cup of water for two days, and I drink it first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach. Fenugreek has an earthy smell and reminds me of maple syprup. I will definitely purchase this product again.

Good seeds for sprouting. Seems to be very vital. I like these sprouts better than radish or broccoli.

Smells SO GOOD!! Smells kinda Like a Cinnabon But it’s super beneficial to hair growth. Use it in my homemade hair growth oil & it works wonders Perfect size to last a while The seeds are seeds so of course they’re tiny & if spilled by accident will take a while to clean up (don’t be as clumsy as me lol) Benefits: promotes hair growth, stimulates hair follicles, helps reduce dandruff, helps hydrate hair & is rich in iron & protein (things needed for hair growth)

They seem decent. I use a coffe grinder to make powder out to them and put them in my oatmeal. Fenugreek is the best thing at calming my stomach. No change to my lactation. I'm a 54-year-old male. I had fenugreek powder years ago that really felt better in my stomach. I don't notice this being as helpful. Still good though.
